半年ぶりに東京へ髪を切りに夫Rと出かけました。
電車から富士山は見えませんでしたが、大船の観音様は見えました。
今回、はじめて電車から撮影しました。
天気に関わらず、大船の観音様は必ず見えますし、撮影する機会も度々ありました。
ですが今まで訪ねることがなかったので、諦めて、この機会に撮影しようと思ったからでした。

From Train
I went to Tokyo for the first time in half a year with my husband R to have our hair cut.
The destination is 'Lapis', a beauty salon in Ebisu, so we took the Shōnan-Shinjuku line from Kamakura : ★.
I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from the train, but I could see Ōfuna Kannon.
This time, I took photographs from our train for the first time.
Regardless of the weather, I could always see the Kannon, and
I have had many opportunities to take photographs.
I didn't photograph until now because I was thinking of visiting Ōfuna Kannon Temple: ★, where the Kannon statue is located.
However, I hadn't visited before now, so I gave up and decided to take this opportunity to photograph.
B. 観音像 / Kannon Statue
観音像については、都市伝説や、逸話があります。
(像の半身が地面に埋まっているという都市伝説があるのです）
詳細は、実際に訪れた時にブログに載せたいと思います。
写真を見ていたら、いつか行くぞ〜！という気持ちが湧いてきました。
大船は鎌倉の隣、一歩踏み出せばそこにあるのです。
 お美しいお顔 観音像は、お美しいお顔で、穏やかな表情です。 ですが、怖く感じるのは私だけでしょうか？ 心に疾しいことがあるからかな？(苦笑) Beautiful Face The Kannon statue has a beautiful face and a gentle expression. But am I the only one who feels scared? Is it because there is a guilty feeling in my heart? (Wry Smile) |
Kannon Statue
There are an urban legend and anecdotes about the Kannon statue.
(There is an urban legend that half of the statue is buried in the ground.)
Details will be posted on the blog when I actually visit.
When I looked at the photographs, I will go someday! I feel like that.
Ofuna is next to Kamakura, and if I take just a few steps, I will be there.
2) 恵比寿 / Ebisu
A. 駅ビル / Station Building
今回の恵比寿行きで、恵比寿ガーデンプレス内の三越デパートが今年の2月に閉店したことを知り、とてもびっくりしました。
恵比寿駅の駅ビル: アトレで少しお買い物の時間をもちたかったので、早めに恵比寿駅に到着しました。
文具・カード類を見た後、Rのお気に入りのパン屋さん：
'ル・グルニエ・ア・パン' でかなりのパンを購入しました。

Station Building
In this trip to Ebisu I was very surprised to find that the Mitsukoshi department store in Ebisu Garden Place had closed down in February this year.
We arrived at Ebisu station early because I wanted to spend some time shopping at the station building : atré of Ebisu station.
After looking at stationery and cards, we bought a lot of bread at
R's favourite bakery : 'Le Grenier a Pain'.

コロナ禍で暗くなりがちな社会に、明るさをもたらそうとする
テーマ："今日もハレの日" であることを感じます。
英語では、"It's sunyday today" と直訳しています。
が、日本語には、晴れの日：特別な一日であることが含まれているのでしょう。
Wikiより引用。
"もともとハレとは、折り目・節目を指す概念である。
ハレの語源は「晴れ」であり、「晴れの舞台」（＝生涯に一度ほどの大事な場面）、「晴れ着」（＝折り目・節目の儀礼で着用する衣服）などの言い回しで使用されている。

また、現代では単に天気が良いことを「晴れ」というが、江戸時代まで遡ると、長雨が続いた後に天気が回復し、晴れ間がさしたような節目に当たる日についてのみ「晴れ」と記した記録がある。"
コロナ禍を長雨が続いた日々とかけているように感じます。
実はこのテーマを読んだ時、私はちょっと感動したのでした。
昨年から今日まで、小さな幸せを見つけることを心がけてきました。
その姿勢と "今日もハレの日" というテーマに共通点を感じ、多くの人がコロナ禍の中で前向きに生きる術を探しているのだと思いました。
I feel that the theme : "Kyou mo Hare no Hi : 今日もハレの日" of trying to bring brightness to a society that tends to be dark due to corona.
Translated directly into "It's sunnyday today" in English.
However, the theme in Japanese may include 'sunnyday' as a special day.
According to Japanese Wiki, (translated by me)
"Originally, Hare: ハレ is a concept that refers to each stage (juncture) and turning point in life.
The etymology of Hare is "sunny", and it is used in phrases such as 'Haregi'; 'Hare-clothes' ; 'Big Moment' ( important scene in a lifetime) and often wearing "Formal Clothing : Gala Dress" as a courtesy.

Also, in modern times, good weather is simply called 'sunny: Hare', but as far back as the Edo period, there is a record that when the weather recovered after long rains, and only the days when the weather hits a turning point like a sunny day are described as 'Hare' "
I feel that the corona crisis is associated with the days of long rains.
Actually, when I read this theme, I was a little impressed.
From last year to today I've been trying to find small happiness.
I felt that my attitude and the theme of "It's sunnyday today" have something in common, and I thought that many people are looking for a way to live positively in the corona crisis.
B. オリンピックの旗 / Olympics Flag

東京2020オリンピックの旗 Flag of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics 東京2020オリンピックの旗をはじめて実際に見ました。 鎌倉にはなかったように思います。 あったのかもしれませんが、何しろほぼ在宅生活だったので 街中の様子を知りません。 ワクチン接種後、少しづつ外出しています。 今日も東京まできました〜！  東京2020オリンピックの旗 Flag of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics I actually saw the flag of 2020 Summer Olympics for the first time. | 閉店！ 老舗のレストラン、'コルシカ' が閉店していました。 私が若い頃からあり、有名なレストランでした。 随分前に1度入ったと記憶しています。 何を食べたのか、味がどうだったのか覚えていないほど 昔のことでした。 この告知で50年間も営業されていたことを知りました。 残念です。 Closed Down! The long-established restaurant, 'Corsica' has closed down. It has been a famous restaurant since I was young. I remember entering it once a long time ago. It was so long ago that I couldn't remember what I ate and how it tasted. I found from this announcement that it had been in business for 50 years. I'm sorry. |

| 以前この前を通った時よりも花がカラフルになり、 成長もしています。 The flowers are more colorful and established than when I passed in front of them before.  東京の植栽としては、珍しく、ちょっと甘いテーストです。 It has a slightly sweet taste, which is unusual for planting in Tokyo. |
髪を切った後は、直行で鎌倉へ帰りました。
After our haircuts, we went straight back to Kamakura.
