1) 鎌倉ハム / Kamakura Ham
'鎌倉ハム'というと、私にとっては、"アルトシュタット"のハムになります。
"アルトシュタット"は、手作りのハムとソーセージのお店です。
本日、私と夫Rは、"アルトシュタット"へ行きました。
"アルトシュタット" は鎌倉駅付近にお店を出していないし、スーパーにも商品を卸していません。
年に2回セールがあり、そのセール時に私は利用しています。
店舗は一軒、鎌倉市雪の下だけです。
以前は、近くに住んでいたので、近かったのでセールでない時も利用していました。
その時のお隣のS・Nさんが
「鎌倉ハムの中で、アルトシュタット"が一番美味しいと思う」
と伝えてくださり、それ以来、私は鎌倉ハムが欲しい時はここで買います。
特にサマー・プレゼントやクリスマス・プレゼントの時期には、
"アルトシュタット" を利用しています。
3軒、お気に入りのお店が並んでいて私達にとっては、とても都合が良いのです。
今の自宅から距離はありますが、アルトシュタットに出向いて行くと、お楽しみがたくさんあります。

Kamakura Ham
"Kamakura Ham" is, for me, "Alter Stadt" ham.
"Alter Stadt" is a handmade ham and sausage shop.
Today, I and my husband R visited "Alter Stadt".
"Alter Stadt" does not have a shop near Kamakura Station and does not wholesale products to supermarkets.
There is a sale twice a year and I use it at the time of the sale.
There is only one shop, Yukinoshita, Kamakura City, above.
We used to live nearby, so we used it even when it wasn't on sale because it was close.
S.N San who is next to us at that time, told me that
"I think Alter Stadt" is the most delicious of all Kamakura hams",
since then I buy here when I want Kamakura ham.
Especially during the summer and Christmas presents sesons, we use "Alter Stadt".
Next-door, there are the bakery of Bergfeld and the main cafe of Bergfeld.
There are 3 favourite shops lined up, which is very convenient for us.
It's a long way from our current home, but when we go to
"Alter Stadt", we have a lot of fun.
2) ベルグフェルド・ベーカリー

以前は、ベルグフェルドの黒パンの 'プンパニッケル' がお気に入りでした。
ですがいつの頃からか、重い黒パンが、軽く色が薄くなり、強い癖のある味がなくなり私のお気に入りから外れてしまいました。
(嫌いになったわけではありません）
食べやすくなったのかもしれません。
でも私はあの重く癖のある味のパンをハムと一緒に食べるのが好きでした。
随分前にお店のサイトに、創業者は神戸のフロインドリーブでパン作りを学んだという内容が書いてあったと記憶しています。
現在は書いてありません。
私の記憶違いだったのかも？
私は神戸に住んでいた時があり、その時にフロインドリーブの
'プンパニッケル' が好きになりました。
(フロインドリーブでは、'ポンパニッケル' と呼んでいます）
本家の 'プンパニッケル' も最近、色が薄くなっていることを
フロインドリーブのサイトで知りました。
本家の味も当初とは変わっているのかもしれません。
食感も味も軽い方向へ変わって行くのは、味の流行なのかもしれません....。

Bergfeld Bakery
In days gone by, I liked 'Pumpernickel', a black bread from Bergfeld.
However, from some time ago, the heavy black bread became lighter in colour and lost its strong taste, and it was no longer my favourite.
(I don't mean I dislike it.)
It may be easier to eat.
But I liked to eat that heavy and quirky bread with ham.
I remember that a long time ago, the shop's website stated that the founder learned how to make bread at Freundlieb in Kobe.
Currently the website does not write like this.
Maybe it was my memory mistake?
I used to live in Kobe, and at that time I came to like Freundlieb's 'Pumpernickel'.
Recently I found out from Freundlieb's website that their original 'Pumpernickel' has also faded in colour.
The taste of the original maker may have changed from the beginning.
It may be the trend of taste that the texture and taste change in the direction of lightness ....

After Corona crisis, we only buy bread at the Hase branch and haven't used the cafe.  傘立ての傘は私達のもの、 そして置き忘れてきてしまいました。 近いうちに取りにゆかなければなりませんね〜...。 嬉しいタスクです (笑)。 Umbrellas in an Umbrella stand are ours, and we left them there. We have to go and collect them soon ... It's a nice task (Laugh). |

| 私のランチ : ベルグ・サンド ここのソーセージやハムは、"アルトシュタット" のものを 使用しています。 セットの飲み物は、私もRも赤ワインを選択しました。 各パンと各具があっていてとてもおいしかったです。 Rは玉ねぎ、ニンニクなどが食べられません。 なので日頃は、私はそれらを食べることがほぼありません。 それらが入った食材をここで食べられたことも嬉しく おそらく他の方々よりも一層私には美味しく感じたと思います。 My lunch : Berg Sandwich Set The sausages and hams here are from "Alter Stadt". For the drinks in the set, both I and R chose red wine. Each bread and each ingredient matched and it was very delicious. R can't eat onion, garlic and so on. So, on a daily basis, I rarely eat them. I was happy to be able to eat the ingredients containing them here, and I think they were even more delicious to me than the others. |

駅周辺でいくつかの用事をすませました。
人出は徐々に増えているように感じます。
私達も少しづつ外出の機会を増やして行くと思います。

Around Station
We did some errands around the station.
I feel that the number of people outside is gradually increasing.
I think we also will gradually increase the chances of going out.
