ストールトルゲット広場
右手にノーベル賞博物館があります。
正面レンガ色の建物が、"Kaffe koppen" .

The Nobel Prize Museum is to the right.
The red brick building in centre is "Kaffe koppen".

The Nobel Prize Museum (former Stockholm Stock Exchange) and old trading houses surround Stortorget.

Today the square is peaceful, but in 1520 it was the location of the Stockholm Bloodbath.
It was the place where many Swedish aristocrats were slaughtered.

ストックホルムの血浴 / Stockholm Blodbath
ストックホルムの血浴は、
ストックホルムで行なった、独立勢力となったスウェーデン人に対する処刑です。
クリスチャン2世は反乱を許すと通達し、反乱分子を集め、
だまし討ちにしたのです。
広場は犠牲者の大量の血の海に染まりました。
このことはスウェーデン人の独立心と団結を強め、
グスタフ・ヴァーサ (1496 - 1560 )を指導者とした
スウェーデン解放戦争 (1521 - 23)を起こしました。

Stockholm Bloodbath / Stockholms Blodbath
Stockholm Bloodbath was the execution of supporters of Swedish independence
Christian II notified that he had allowed the rebellion
and gathered the rebellious elements and deceived them.
The square was flooded with the sea of blood of the victims.
This strengthened the Swedish War of Liberation (1521 -23)
and unity, with Gustav Vasa (1496-1560) as the leader.
He became the King of Sweden, Gustav I (reigned 1523 – 1560).

ストールトルゲット広場 / Stortorget 
井戸
広場の井戸は、エリック・パルムシュテット/ Erik Palmstedt (1741 - 1803)
によって設計され、
ストックホルム証券取引所ビル (現ノーベル賞博物館) に関連して建てられました。
エリック・パルムシュテットは、
ストックホルム証券取引所も設計したスウェーデンの建築家です。
井戸は、土地のかさ上げのために1856年に干あがり、
ブルンカべアーグストーグ / Brunkebergstorg に移転されました。
ですが、1950年代に元の場所に戻され、現在は水道管に接続され、
写真にあるように水が出ています。
Well
The well on the square was designed by Erik Palmstedt (1741-1803) and built in connection with the Stockholm Stock Exchange (now the Nobel Prize Museum).
Erik Palmstedt was a Swedish architect who
designed the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Due to the elevation of the land, it dried up in 1856 and moved to Brunkebergstorg.
However, it was returned to its original location in the 1950s
and is now connected to a water pipe, with water coming out as shown in the photograph. |

"Kaffe koppen : Cafe named Cup" that was introduced in a guidebook, "Nordic Travel Diary" [Kayo Sugezawa (1973 ~) : ★ / 2008 / Kawaide Shobo Shinsha Publishers inc.]
which I would like to visit.
There are many tourist destinations, cafes, and restaurants that cannot be realized even if I want to go.
So I'm really happy to be able to visit this cafe!

| 私達の席 屋外の席は、混んでいましたが屋内には誰もいませんでした。 この時期はヨーロッパの人々は屋外を好むのですね。 Our Table The outdoor seats were crowded but no one was inside. European people like the outdoors at this time of year, don't they?  |
屋内も撮影したのですが、全ての写真に焦点がなく削除してしまいました。
屋内のインテリア、面白く感じたので、残念です。
I took photographs inside, but I deleted all the photographs because they were out of focus.
It's a shame because I felt the interior was interesting.

プリンセス・ケーキ
メニューに、'プリンセス・ケーキ'の名前を見つけて、
どんなケーキなのか見たくなりました。
'プリンセス・ケーキ'は伝統的なスウェーデンのケーキ : ★ ピンクの皮はマジパンで、中身はスポンジケーキとホイップクリーム、 ラズベリージャムがそうになっています。 他の場所でもこのケーキは売られています。 食べることはRに任せます。 「とっても美味しい！」 とのことでした。 Princess Cake
I found the name 'Princess Cake' on the menu and
wanted to see what kind of cake it was.
'Princess cake' is a traditional Swedish cake : ★
The pink skin is marzipan, and the contents are layered
with sponge cake, whipped cream and raspberry jam.
This cake is also sold other places.
I can rely on R to manage it.
"Very nice!"

お店の方も親切で、広場も楽しめて、良いカフェでした。

| 可愛いのかホラーなのか？ 頭を針山にするという発想がなかなか日本人にはできないな〜 と思いつつ、撮影しました。 Cute or Horror? I took the photograph while thinking that it would be hard for a Japanese to think of the head as a pincushion. |

写真撮影をしていたら、スタッフに止められてしまいました。
「買いますよ」
と言ったら、撮影して良いと許可してくれました。
日本では見たことがない、スウェーデンのスポンジがあったので、生産国を確かめたら、スウェーデンでした。
スポンジは軽くて便利な良いお土産なので、かなりの枚数を購入。
ダーナラ・ホースのマグネットも複数買いました。
おまけにスポンジバックをもらいました。

| 日本では見たことがない柄 Patterns I have never seen in Japan  |
When I was taking a photograph, the staff stopped me.
I said "I'll buy them" and he allowed me to photograph.
In Japan, I have seen some Scandinavian sponges but I had not seen any of these designs, so I checked the country of origin and found these were made in Sweden.
Sponge is a light and convenient souvenir, so we bought quite a few.
In addition, they gave us a sponge bag.
