ロンドン・ヒースロー空港、午前10時20発、ヘルシンキ・ヴァンター 国際空港 (Helsiki-Vantaa Airport) 行き(AY 832 ) に乗りました。
海外旅行慣れしているわけではないので、空の旅は、いろいろな意味でどきどきします。
We got on an aeroplane which departed 10:20 at Heathrow Airport to Helsiki-Vantaa Airport, AY 832.

| フィンエアー フィンエアー (フィンランド航空) で行きました。 ノンアルコールは無料ですが、アルコールや食べものは有料です。 Finnair We used Finnair for our Flight. Their non-alcohol is free, although alcohol and food are charged. |

| 最近私はあまり見ない離陸時の映像サービス。 これも嬉しい。(垂直)尾翼にカメラが設置されているのでしょうか？ Recently I hadn't seen a service : Take-off pictures on screen. I was glad again. Does a camera set on the tail fin?  離陸！ 車輪が見えます！ 離陸の度に、 「あっ！ 今、飛んだ！」 という感動があり、 こうしてスクリーンで確認できると喜びがまします。 Take-off! I can see undercarriages! Every take-off makes me impressed, "Now Flying!", I could watch it on the screen, like above, which aded to the delight.

| え〜っ！これって.... 毛布は席に常備されていませんので、必要なら頼まなくてはなりません。 毛布を頼みましたが、もらえたのは、コレ。 誰かが使用したもののようなので、ちょっと気持ち悪い.... 毛布といってもタオルっぽいし...なお一層触れるのが嫌... ですが、仕方ありません。 デザインはかわいいのに、残念です。 ちなみにビジネスクラスは新しいものがもらえるようでした。 (私はエコノミークラスでした） このセンスは、北欧は肌に触れるもの関して無頓着なのか、 コスト節減を狙うものなのか、よくわかりません。 Wha~t! This is.... Always they do not have blankets ready on our seats, if we need it, we must ask. I asked it and they gave me this. It looks as though somebody has already used so I felt a little disgusting...and even they say a blanket but it looks a towel, so I would not touch it anymore....however, I cannot help it. Although the design is lovely, that's too bad. By the way, business class can have a new blanket. (I was economy class) This sense shows that Scandinavia is indifferent about things which touch our skin or Finnair aims at cost saving... I cannot understand. |

| "かもめ食堂" [2006 / 監督 : 荻上直子(オギナミナオコ/1972 - )]の映画は見ましたが 原作 [2006 / 群ようこ (1954 -) / 幻冬舎] は読んでいなかったので、 機内で読みました。 原作だけではヘルシンキまで来ようという気はおきないかもしれませんが、 映画によって随分その意欲は掻き立てられると思いました。 表紙は素敵ですけどね。 のちに知りましたが、原作は映画のために書かれたようです。 '映画と原作で補い合う' ということなのでしょう....納得。 私がフィンランド (ヘルシンキ) に長い間、行きたかったのは、 ムーミン博物館やサンタクロース村があり、 トーベ・ヤンソン (1941- 2001) の故郷だからでした。 ですが、ムーミン博物館へもサンタクロース村にも、 トーベ・ヤンソンの小屋 [動画：★ / 本：『島暮らしの記録』(1999/ 訳:富原眞弓(1954 -)/筑摩書房] にも行くことはできませんでした。 また、いつか...と思います。 そうそう、かもめ食堂には行きました。 それについてはのちのセクションに載せます。 Helsinki and Seagull : Kamome I watched a film, "Kamome Shokudō" [2006 / Director : Naoko Ogigami (1972 - ) ], though I hadn't read the original, "Kamome Shokudo"[2006 / Yoko Mure (1954 -) / Gentousha], so I was reading the book in the flight. I felt that just reading the original would not make people feel they would visit Helsinki, although the film makes this motivation higher. Later I found that the original was written for the film. I understand that the original and the film support each other....indeed. Why I had wanted to visit Finland (Helsinki) for a long time, was because there are Moomin Museum (★), Santa Claus Village and a birthplace of Tove Jansson (1941 -2001)(BBC: ★). However, I did not visit the Museum, the Village or Jansson's shed [a book: "Anteckningar från en ö" (1996 or 1993?)] . I hope I will visit them one day.... Oh! Yes! I visited "Kamome Shokudo". I will write about the visit in a later section.  紅茶を飲みました。 カップやナプキンのデザインは素敵 ナプキンと毛布は水玉デザインで共通なんです。 マドラーは、現代アート風のデザインでかっこいい！ 細い中に、空気が組み込まれ、形はカーヴしていますが、 カップのなかで安定しています。 フィンエアーは、毛布の使い古しが残念でならない... それがなければ、かなり良い印象になったのに.... I had a cup of tea. The design of cup and napkin are lovely. The water drop design of napkin and the blankets are a common pattern. The stir stick is contemporary art style and cool! The air is inserted into a thin body and the form is curved, though it is stable in the cup. The worn-out blanket is a matter for infinite regret. If it was not, my feeling about Finnair could be quite good..... |

| Jal機が見えました！ 日本からの直行便もあるのですよね。 福岡からの直行便があるのを知った時には非常に驚き、 フィンランド、日本にとっても人気があることをこの時から感じました。 I saw a Jal aircraft! There are direct flight from Japan, aren't there? I was very surprised that when I found out that one of them is from Fukuoka, Japan. At that time I felt Finland is very popular for Japanese. |
