1) バラまつり / Rose Festival 

鎌倉文学館 
5月中旬から6月初旬に毎年'バラまつり'があります。
前日姉が我が家に泊まり、姉の希望でここにきました。

 Kamakura Literature Museum
There is a Rose Festival from middle May to early June every year.
My sister was staying with us and she would visit the Festival,
so we came here.

庭と館 / Garden and Building

サツキ も綺麗に咲いています。
The Rhododendron Indicum blossoms beautifully, too.

文学館から相模湾を望む
トンビ (トビ) が飛んでいます。ここにも来ます。

View from the Literature Museum to Sagami Bay.
Black kites are flying. They come here, too.

館からバラ園に向かうまでにも花が咲いています。
There are other flowers blossoming from the Museum to the Rose Garden.

Kamakura-komachi : Kamakura belle

..春の雪..
なんともロマンチックな名前です。

..Haru no Yuki : Spring Snow..
The name is really romantic.
It came from a novel : "Spring Snow" (1969) by Yukio Mishima (1925 -1970)

2) 展覧会 / Exhibition 

館内では、

"生誕130年・萩原朔太郎・マボロシヲミルヒト 展"

が開催されていました。

萩原朔太郎 (1886 -1942)は、こんな私でも知っている日本の詩人です。

Wiki曰く、

"大正時代に近代詩の新しい地平を拓き「日本近代詩の父」と称される。"

です。

The Literature Museum had a special Exhibition :

"The 130th anniversary of Sakutarō Hagiwara's Birth,

Maboroshi-o-Miruhito : The Person See Visions".

Even I knew of Sakutarō Hagiwara as a Japanese poet.

According to Wikipedia below,

He was "was a Japanese writer of free-style verse, active in the Taishō 

and early Shōwa periods of Japan. 

He liberated Japanese free verse from the grip of traditional rules, 

and he is considered the “father of modern colloquial poetry in Japan”. "

私がカタログを買ってしまったのは、この詩人を表現した言葉、
'マボロシ ヲ ミルヒト’
に感動してしまったからです。
この言葉は、序文を書いた、詩人、しょうづ・べん (正津勉 /1945 -) のものです。
私はこの詩人、しょうづ・べんを知りませんでした....。

Pamphlet Cover 
I bought this because I was impressed by the words  :
'Maboroshi-o-Miruhito : The Person who See Visions'
a description of the poet by Ben Shouzu (1945 -) who is a poet 
and wrote the introduction in the pamphlet.
I did not know of this poet....
