A) 川に囲まれるチェスキー・クルムロフ
チェスキー・クルムロフは、チェコ (共和国) の 南ボヘミア州 の小さな都市で、
世界遺産です。
モルダウ / ヴァツタバ/ Vltava 川が街を囲み流れています。
2015年6月、チェスキー・クルムロフへの旅は下記 :

雨の中のビブリー
(バイブリー)
ウィリアム・モリス / William
Morris (1834
- 1896) はビブリー (バイブリー)を
"英国で最も美しい村"
と言ったと伝えられています。
2015年7月に Nファミリーと訪ねた時は、雨でした。
ビブリーへの旅は下記:

初めて広島平和記念公園を訪ね、公園内の噴水をもとにして制作。

A) River Flows Around Český Krumlov
The Vltava flows around Český Krumlov.
B) Bibury in
Rain
They say William Morris (1834 - 1896) called Bibury
"the most beautiful village in England".
It was raining when I visited there with N Family and R in July, 2015.

C) Fountain in Hiroshima
It was the first time I visited Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
The idea for my work came from a fountain in the Park.

暑さに負けず、咲き誇る花々
Flowers are in Full Bloom, Despite the Heat

リトグラフは石版と書くように、もとは石を版とする印刷です。
私もアルミ版を使用していますが、石を使用してみたいと思っていました。
(英国留学中に一度使用したことはあります）
アルミ板を使う他の方々が夏休みをする間に、集中して石版で刷ることにしました。
石を版にするまでの過程は、肉体的にも技術的にも大変です。
印刷機をアルミ仕様から石仕様に変えるためには60kg以上の鉄板を取り外さなくてはなりません。

Originally plates for lithographs were made of stone, however, nowadays plates are more often made of zinc or aluminum.
I have used aluminum plates, although for some timeI have wanted to use a stone plate.
(While I studied abroad, I had used a stone once.)
I decided that while other people had summer holidays, I would concentrate on using stone plates.
It is difficult to use stone as a plate technically and physically.
The setup of a printing machine must be changed to stone from aluminum, in which a metal base of over 60kg is taken out.
Therefore I depended on Y Sensei for the processes. Thank you, Y Sensei.
