| 2度目のチェスキー・クルムロフ作品 昔の素朴な絵本の雰囲気を目指していました。 １作めがモダンすぎるというか、ポップな感じすぎたので、 最初の版から刷り直したのがこの作品です。 実は版そのものも作り直しているものもあります。 自分としては好きな作品なのですが 2017年の個展には展示しませんでした。 他の作品が抽象だったので、雰囲気が違っていますから....。 いつかこの作品、もしくはこの傾向のものが日の目を見る日がくるでしょうか？ The Second Český Krumlov Work I tried to create an old picture book atmosphere. The first Český Krumlov work is too modern or too pop for me, so I had started again from the first plate and then finished it which is this. Actually some plates were made again. Although I do like this, it was not part of my exhibition 2017, because other works are abstract so the atmosphere is different. Will this work or this style of work see the light of day one day? |

リトグラフ工房での記録を心がけてはいますが、この年は頻繁に撮影をすることを忘れてしまいました。
なので、制作行程の写真がたびたび飛んでいます。
I try to photograph in the studio for my records, although this year I forgot very often.
So the photographs of the making processes skip a lot of steps.

| この作品の前に制作した作品 (仮タイトル"惑星") に赤系、ピンク系を 使用してあるものがありました。それを見た友人が 「『かぐや姫』のイメージがする」 という感想を伝えてくれました。 それで、この作品では、かぐや姫のイメージを意識して 前回よりも多めにピンク系を使用しました。  An earlier work with temporary title "Planet" was in my home and used red and blue types of colours. My friend looked at it and she said "It reminded me of 'Kaguyahime". So in the print, above and below, I used pink colours more than in the "Planet" series. Tale of the Bamboo Cutter (Taketori Monogatari) is a
10th-century Japanese monogatari (fictional prose
narrative) containing folkloric elements.
It is considered the
oldest extant Japanese prose narrative although the oldest
manuscript dates to 1592.
The tale is also known
as The Tale of Princess Kaguya (Kaguya-hime no Monogatari),
after its protagonist.
It primarily details the life of a
mysterious girl called Kaguya-hime, who was discovered as a baby
inside the stalk of a glowing bamboo plant."

| このシリーズの青系の作品は2017年の個展に展示はしましたが、 ピンク系はしませんでした。 個展のタイトルを『Coonie's Exhibition - Water, 2017』に 決めたので、作品を青系に絞ったからです。 ですが作品タイトルは 『夢劇場 / Dream Theatre』 にし、かぐや姫の物語のイメージを残しました。  The blue colour element of the series was displayed in the Exhibition, though the pink colour ones were not, because I decided my exhibition title would be "Coonie's Exhibition - Water, 2017" and then I selected blue colour style works. However, this series's title is "Dream Theatre", and I still have the image of the Kaguyahime story. |

| この子は大町の野良です。 近所の人が餌をやっているのを複数回見ました。 心惹かれる猫ちゃんです。 This is an alley cat in Omachi. I saw a neighbour feed it sometimes. The cat is charming for me. |

| Y先生も綺麗だと思ったのでしょう、 工房に飾っていました。 先生はドローイングもしてました。 Y Sensei must feel it is beautiful, so it is displayed in the studio. Y Sensei drew it, too. |

私は、いろいろな色で作品を刷っていますが、
殆どの作品の最初は、黒で刷っています。
黒のインクがもっとも版の絵柄を忠実に表現してくれるからです。
I have printed many works with many colours,
although almost all of the works are first printed with black ink,
because the ink most depicts the detail of pictures on the plates.

 個展会場の 'ギャラリー412 : Galerie412' を決めた後で、 「ギャラリーのあそこの壁に！」 と思って作った作品でした。 が、結局縦位置に変更して、展示場所も違う所へ。 After I decided on my exhibition gallery, 'Galerie412', I made this work, I thought 'it will be in that spot in the gallery'. However, in the end, it was hung vertically and the display place was different, too. |
