2) 江の電の窓からの景色 
    The Views are From Enoden, 'Toy Train'

山 (丘？) が削られて、痛々しい。
(もしくは、土砂崩れの後？)

It is painful that this mountain (hill?) was cut away.
 (Or was it a landslide?)
