鎌倉散策.6月2日 / Kamakura, 2nd June

この日は、カメラを忘れたので、携帯で撮影しました。
写真はあまりきれいでないかもしれません。
I left my camera at home today, so I took below photographs with my mobile phone camera. 
Therefore the photographs are not so good. 

1) ギャラリーB / Gallery B

以前から、ギャラリーBを探していました。今日、偶然に見つけました。

天井が高いので、壁面に大きな作品も展示できます。

残念ながら自然光が入らないので、私の希望である'自然光の中の磁器作品'には適しません。

でも、鎌倉の中では現代アートが似合うギャラリーだと思います。


Gallery B
I had looked for "Gallery B". Today I came across it. 

The ceiling is high so it can display big works.

Unfortunately the space does not have any natural light, so it does not suit my hope of showing my porcelain work in natural light.

However, I think this Gallery in Kamakura, suits contemporary art.

2) 鎌倉散策 / Walking in Kamakura

A. 花木 / Plants

これも、あじさい(ガクアジサイ)。
This is a Hydrangea. 
(Hydranges aspea ssp. sargentiana)

よそらんめ！

懐かしい！

子供の頃、赤い実がなると、よく食べました。

最期に食べたのがいつだったか忘れています。

私は、"よそらんめ"と呼んでいますが、
正確にはユスラウメ(山桜桃梅)、

他の俗名はユスラゴと言うそうです。

Yosoranme! I missed it! 

It has red berries,  and  when I was a child I ate a lot. 

I do not remember when I last ate them.

I call it "Yosoranme", although the correct name is "Yusuraume" ; Naking cherry , and another popular name is "Yusurago".

B. 源氏池 / Genji-ike-pond

 鶴岡八幡宮の源氏池です。蓮の花はまださいていませんが、葉は大きくなってきています。

There is a Genji-ike-pond in Tsurugaoka-Hachimangu.

Lotus do not blossom yet, although their leaves are growing bigger and bigger. 

C. お香屋さん / Incense Shop

生前、父が自己流でお茶を入れたり、お香を楽しんでいたりしていました。

母は、鎌倉に来るおりに、仏前に備えるお香をこのお店:
鬼頭天薫堂(キトウテンクンドウ)
で買います。

このお店は鎌倉と神戸にあります。

私が神戸に住んでいて、両親が訪ねてきたおりに、お香を買ったのも、偶然にも、神戸店でした。

不思議な気がします。


Incense Shop
Two of the things my father enjoyed were burning incense and making tea in his own way. 

My mother offers incense to Butsudan : a small temple in her home.

She buys the incense in Kitoutenkundo shop when she comes to Kamakura.

They have shops in Kamakura and Kobe.

When I lived in Kobe and my parents visited me, it was a coincidence that they bought incense in the Kobe branch. 

I wonder about it. 

3) こふく  / Kofuku : Japanese Restaurant

A. 庭 / Garden

小さな庭ですが、趣があります。

Their garden is small, although it is in good taste.

B. 玄関付近 / After Entrance

C. 料理 / Dishes 

前回は、５月の始めに伺い、Rのリクエストで松花堂弁当を注文しました。

今日はコースのお料理を予約しました。

携帯電話のカメラで撮影したので、写真うつりが悪いですが、本当はずっと美しいです。

そして、美味しい！

Dishes

Previously, I came here with R and we had Shokado bento : a lunch box, at his request.

I used a mobile phone camera, so photographs of dishes are not good, the actual dishes are much more beautiful. 

Moreover, they are tasty dishes.

昨年、私がハモを食べたいと言っていたことを料理人のReさんは、覚えていてくださっていました。

ハモは、関西の食文化です。私が神戸に住んでいたときは、生協のスーパーでさえも、ハモの季節にはよく見かけました。

昨年、私がはもの話をした時も、Reさんは魚市場でもあまり見ないと言っていました。

でも、今日はちゃんと用意してくださって、感動！

ありがとうございました。

The chef : Re san remembered that I said last year, 
"I would have Hamo".

Hamo is a part of Kansai in west of Japan with their own food culture.

When I lived in Kobe, I often saw it even in Coop's supermarket in Hamo's season.

When I told Re san about Hamo last year, she said that she hardly ever sees it, even in fish market.

However, she prepared it today, I was so impressed.

いつもは穴子寿司ですが、今日はねぎとろ寿司を花形にして作ってくださいました。

Usually she serves Anago Sushi : Conger Sushi, 
although today she served flower- shaped Negi toro Sushi : Tuna minced with leek. 

今日は、日頃よりも、もっと心づくしが感じられました。

ありがとうございました。

Today, I felt even more considerations than usual.
