Sakanoshita Park
A. 2つの広場 / Two Open Spaces
坂ノ下公園は、三角地と呼ばれている、由比ガ浜沿いの広場と
市営プールの前の広場があります。
私と夫Rが来たのは、由比ガ浜沿いの広場です。
この広場には、数回来たことがありました。

Sakanoshita Park
I and my husband R walked from Inamuragasaki to Sakanoshita Park.
Sakanoshita Park has an open space along Yuigahama Beach which is called a triangular land, and another open space in front of the municipal pool.
We came to the open space along Yuigahama Beach.
We have been to this square a few times.

| 燕 飛んでいるのは燕 (右上) です。 (トンビではありませんよ〜！) 素早く飛び、なかなか撮影できません。 地面すれすれにも飛ぶので驚きました。 Swallow It is a swallow, upper right that is flying. (It's not a black kite!) It flies quickly and I can't photograph easily. I was surprised because it flies just above the ground. |

B. 2つの歌碑 / Two Waka Monuments
公園には、2つの
源 実朝 (ミナモトノ サネトモ / 1192 - 1219 / 在位 : 1203 -1219)
の歌碑があります。

源実朝の歌碑 実朝の和歌がここに刻まれています。 '歌碑の台座は船を、歌碑板は帆を、手前は波をあらわしている' Monument of Waka by Minamoto no Sanetomo Waka is a type of poetry in classical Japanese literature. Sanetomo's Waka is engraved here. They say that the pedestal of the monument represents a ship, the monument board represents a sail, and the front represents a wave. (From the official Kamakura sightseeing guide) |
Two Waka Monuments
There are two Monument of Waka by
Minamoto no Sanetomo ( 1192 - 1219 / reign : 1203 -1219).
Minamoto no Sanetomo was the third Shōgun of the Kamakura shogunate and the last Shōgun of the Minamoto Clan.
He was assassinated by his nephew Kugyō (1200 - 1219) and then the line of Shōguns of the Minamoto Clan was ended.
Sanetomo was also known as a poet and his Waka : No. 93 has been selected as Hyakunin Isshu and No. 93 is engraved on two Monuments.
Hyakunin Isshu is a classical Japanese anthology of one hundred Waka by one hundred poets.
By the time of Sanetomo, he had no real power as the Shōgun, because the Hōjō clan exercised power through the Shikken Regent Rule.
It feels like he asked for help and healing in the song.

源実朝の歌碑 小倉百人一首の第93番 『世の中は つねにもがもな なぎさこぐ あまの小舟の 綱手かなしも』 現代語訳 : ★ "変わりやすい世の中ではあるが、 ずっと平和であってほしいことだ。 この海辺は平穏で、渚を漕ぎ出す小舟が 引き綱を引いている光景が、しみじみと愛しく 心にしみることだ。" Monument of Waka by Minamoto no Sanetomo No. 93 of Hyakunin Isshu "Yo no naka wa Tsune ni mo ga mo na Nagisa kogu Ama no obune no Tsuna de kanashi mo" Modern translation : ★ "I know that everything in this world is forever changing, and yet my wish is for lasting peace. The scene of this tranquil beach, dotted with fishermen casting their nets into the water, has become very dear to me. " |
2) 長谷方面へ / Towards Hase
海を離れて長谷方面へ向いました。
We left the seaside and headed for Hase.

| 江ノ電・長谷駅 江ノ電・長谷駅の踏切を渡る時、 '鎌倉行'・'藤沢行' が同時に長谷駅に停車していました。 私にとっては珍しい場面だったので、急いで撮影しました。 Enoden ・Hase Station When crossing the railroad crossing at Enoden, Hase Station, 'To Kamakura' and 'To Fujisawa' trains stopped at Hase Station at the same time. It was a rare scene for me, so I photographed this in a hurry.  Enoden : Enoshima Electric Railway or Enoden is a private railway which connects Kamakura Station with Fujisawa Station. |

長谷から鎌倉山へバスを利用して帰りました。
We took a bus back from Hase to Kamakurayama.

| 鎌倉山・交番 季節に応じたステッカーが交番のガラスドアに貼られています。 私はこれを楽しみにしています。 今日、初めて鯉のぼりのステッカーを見ました。 Police Box of Kamakurayama Seasonal stickers are affixed to the police box glass doors. I'm looking forward to this. Today, I saw 'Koinobori' sticker for the first time. According to Wiki about 'Koinobori', "Koinobori (鯉のぼり), meaning "carp streamer" in Japanese, are carp-shaped windsocks traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate Tango no sekku (端午の節句), a traditional calendrical event which is now designated a national holiday: Children's Day." |

| 野薔薇 最近、野薔薇 (ノバラ / 野茨 / ノイバラ) .を知りました。 その後、たくさんの場所にこの薔薇が 咲いていることに気がつきます。 Rosa Multiflora : Japanese Rose. Recently, I knew about Rosa Multiflora. After that, I notice that this rose is blooming in many places. |

| 苔丸 苔丸さんは、我が家の最寄りの花屋 (山野草屋) です。 Kokemaru Kokemaru is the nearest 'Flower Shop' (Wild Grasses Shop) to our house.  私は、ここの花の傾向が好きです。 鎌倉山から出かける時も帰ってきた時も苔丸さんの花を見て 心が潤います。 この日は土を買いました。 苔丸さんで売っている土は私達のお気に入りです。 苔丸さんは土を届けてくれるので、助かっています。 I like the tendency of flowers here. When I go out from Kamakurayama and when I come back, I am soothed to see Kokemaru's flowers. We bought soil on this day The soil sold by Kokemaru is our favourite. Kokemaru delivers the soil, which is helpful. |

鯉のぼり 本来の鯉のぼりはこれくらいであったと思います。 最近はあまり見ませんね。 Koinobori I think the original Koinobori : carp streamers are about this size. Nowadays I haven't seen many like this.  家の近くのカフェで、子供の日が近くなると この鯉のぼりをあげています。 毎年、楽しみにしています。  At a cafe near our house, they raise this Koinobori when Children's Day is approaching. I'm looking forward to this every year. |
近郊の散歩で、短い時間ですが、心身ともに十分満足しました。
長谷からバスで帰ってくる方法は、行動範囲を広げてくれます。
散策という点では、ちょっと外れますが、自分を許しております(笑)。
It was a short time for a walk in the suburbs, but I was fully satisfied both physically and mentally.
The method of returning from Hase by bus expands our range of activities.
In terms of walking, it seems to be a little off, but I forgive myself (Laugh).
