Michiruちゃんこと山脇ミチルさんの個展が日本橋馬喰町 (ニホンバシバクロチョウ) のStudio Soil で開催されました。
夫R、私、私の姉Y、姉の友人Kさんの4人で彼女の個展へ行きました。
私達は、日本橋馬喰町界隈は馴染みがあまりありません。
私は、馬喰町駅で下車したのは、約20年ぶりでした。

Bakurochō
I call Yamawaki Michiru, 'Michiru Chan'.
She had her exhibition in Studio SOIL in Nihonbashi Bakurochō, Tokyo.
Four of us went to her exhibition ; my husband R, myself, my sister Y, and her friend K.
We're not very familiar with the Nihonbashi Bakurochō area.
It had been about 20 years since I last got off at Bakurochō Station.

彼女のブランドは、"EARTHEO" (アテオ)といいます。
"美しい地球と すべての存在と多様性の繋がりOneness(ワンネス)" がEARTHEOのコンセプトです。
彼女は、ジュエリー・写真を制作の他に自然派ワイン(ナチュラルワイン/ ビオ・ワイン：★) の普及もしています。(正確には、ナチュラルワインとビオワインは違うそうですが、未だ定義が統一されていないそうです)

Her brand is called "EARTHEO".
EARTHEO's concept is "The connection between the beautiful Earth and all beings and diversity - oneness."
(To be precise, natural wine and organic wine are different, but the definitions have not yet been clarified.)

| 彼女が友人達と屋久島(ヤクシマ)を旅行した時に撮影した写真だそうです。 英国留学前に、私はポストカード制作のために 屋久島に立体作品を持参し、撮影したことがありました。 たくさんの方が屋久島に惹かれると思いますが、それでも、 彼女と興味の重なりを感じ、嬉しく思いました。 Photographs in Yakushima Island According to Wiki about Yakushima Island, Yakushima (屋久島) is one of the Ōsumi Islands in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. I heard from her that the photographs were taken when she went on a trip to Yakushima with her friends. Before my study in Britain, I took some of my three-dimensional works with me and photographed them on Yakushima Island to make postcards. I think many people are attracted to Yakushima, but I felt like I shared some common interests with her, and I was happy about that.   |

彼女のロマンチックで、おしゃれなセンスを感じる写真でした。
I can feel her romantic and stylish sense from her photographs.
C. ジュエリー / Jewelry
Kさんは、娘さんにプレゼントしようとしたジュエリーを見つけましたが、娘さんの好みが明確にわからないことと、そのジュエリーは価格が10万円以上していたので、結果、購入にはいたりませんでした。
K found a piece of jewelry she was thinking of giving as a gift to her daughter, but she wasn't sure of her daughter's preferences, and the jewelry cost over 100,000 yen, so she ended up not buying it.
基本、私がジュエリーにあまり興味がありません。
なので、自分に身につけるジュエリーという視点でなく、創作物として見ました。
彼女の興味が凝縮され、美しく表現された作品だと感じました。
Basically, I'm not that interested in jewelry.
So I didn't look at them from the perspective of jewelry I would wear myself, but as her creative works.
I felt that her interests were condensed and beautifully expressed in these pieces.
D. 他のコーナー / Other Corners
彼女の個展会場でありながら、ほかのかたがたの作品が展示、販売されていました。
それが彼女の意思によるものだったのか、ギャラリーの方針だったのかは分かりません。
見る側としては、面白く拝見しました。
Other Corners
Although it was her exhibition venue, other artists' works were also on display and for sale.
I don't know if that was her decision or the gallery's policy.
As a visitor, it was interesting to see.
4 人とも、それぞれに、楽しんで、ギャラリーを後にしました。
All four of us left the gallery having enjoyed ourselves in our own way.
