2022年9月8日から10日、2泊3日の金沢旅行をしました。
オラファー・エリアソン (1967 ~) の展覧会を見ることが目的でした。
展覧会については下記。
友人、Sちゃんが金沢に住んでいることも、金沢行きを決める後押しになりました。
金沢駅に近い、ANAクラウンプラザホテル金沢に泊まりました。
金沢らしいホテルかというと、そうではないけれど、車がない旅で、公共の交通機関を利用するので、駅から近いというのは、非常に大切なことでした。
毎晩、ライトアップされた'鼓門 (ツヅミモン)' の撮影をしました。
日頃見ることができない美しい光景をカメラと心におさめながら、
ホテルへ帰りました。
部屋から、夜と朝の'鼓門'を見ることができました。
それらは、'金沢らしい' というセールスポイントをこのホテルにあげて良いでしょう。
ホテルのスタッフも感じがよかったです。
このホテルに泊まってよかったと思います。

Hotel Near the Station
From September 8th to 10th, 2022, I travelled to Kanazawa for 3 days and 2 nights.
The purpose was to see the exhibition of Olafur Eliasson (1967-).
About the Exhibition, below.
The fact that one of my friends, S Chan lives in Kanazawa also helped me decide to go to Kanazawa.
I stayed in the ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa which is close to Kanazawa Station.
It's not as if it's a Kanazawa-style hotel, but I don't have a car and
I use public transportation, so being close to the station was very important.
Every night, I took pictures of the lit up 'Tsuzumi Gate' : ★.
I went back to the hotel while keeping the beautiful scenery with my camera and my mind.
I can't see this beautiful scenery in my daily life.
From my room, I could see the ''Tsuzumi Gate' at night and in the morning.
It would be good to give this hotel a selling point of 'Kanazawa-like'.
Hotel staff were lovely too.
I am glad that I stayed in this hotel.

| 一人での宿泊でしたが、アメニティもパジャマも2日間、 二人分用意されていました。 前回もこのホテルに泊まりました。 今回、ベッドの寝心地が以前よりも 非常によくなっていて嬉しかったです。 I was staying alone, but amenities and pajamas were prepared for two people for two days. I stayed at this hotel last time as well. This time, I was happy that the bed was much more comfortable than before. |
コロナのためか、部屋の掃除が以前より、ずっと配慮されていました。
清潔感がある部屋でした。
Perhaps because of the corona, the cleaning of the room has been taken much more seriously than before.
It was a very clean room.

| 素材や高さ、硬さなど、宿泊者の好みに合わせて 5種類のピローと、1種類のフットピローがあります。 最終日に気がつきました。  Free, Right? There are 5 types of pillows and 1 type of foot pillow, depending on the guest's preferences, such as material, height, and hardness. I found out on the last day. |
このホテルで1つだけ残念で、次は違うホテルに泊まろうかとさえ思ったことがありました。
バスルームのドアが修理されていたのですが、応急処置なのか、修理完了なのかわかりませんが、黒のテープが使用されていました。
バスルームを使用するたびに、黒のテープが目に入り、みじめな悲しい気持ちになりました。
残念なことでした。
There was only one disappointment at this hotel, and I even thought about staying at a different hotel next time.
The bathroom door had been repaired, I don't know if it was a temporary fix or the repair was complete, but black tape was used.
Every time I used the bathroom, I got black tape in my eyes and it made me feel miserable and sad.
It was a pity.

金沢で迎える、最後の朝！
昨日は雨模様でしたが、今日は天気が良く、青空だホテルの部屋から見えました。
今日は彼女の仕事がお休みなので、一緒にランチを食べる予定です。
'特別なランチ'なようだったので、楽しみです。
そして、金沢に行ったら買おうと思っていた箸置きを売っている九谷焼きのお店にも行きます！

抗原検査 金沢での私のタスクは抗原検査でした。 Sちゃんの夫SYさんは、 コロナワクチンの研究者です。 彼女に会う前に抗原検査をするように要求されました。 結果は今日も陰性、彼女に会えます。 Antigen Self Test My daily task in Kanazawa was antigen testing. S Chan's husband, SY San is a corona vaccine researcher. I was requested to do the antigen test before meeting her. My result was negative today, too, I could see her. |
Morning!
The final morning in Kanazawa!
It was raining yesterday, but today, the weather was fine and I could see the blue sky from my hotel room.
Since she's not working today, we planned to have lunch together.
It seemed like a 'special lunch', so I was looking forward to it.
Also, I would visit a Kutani ware shop that sells chopstick rests that
I was thinking of buying when I went to Kanazawa!
ホテルのロビーでSちゃんと待ち合わせをしていました。
彼女は、SYさんに車でホテルまで送ってもらって来ました。
Sちゃんは、今日は彼も車で出かける用事があり、そのついでにおくってもらったのだと言いました。
SYさん、どうもありがとうございました。
I was meeting up with S Chan in the hotel lobby.
She was given a lift by her husband.
She said that today he also had to go out by car, so took his lift on the way.
