1) 概要 / Overview
金沢市立中村記念美術館 : ★では、企画展：
"時代を映すひとびとの姿 - 《竹取物語絵巻》"
会期：2022年6月18日 - 9月25日
前期：6月18日 - 8月7日
後期：8月9日 - 9月25日
時間：9:30〜17:00 （最終入場時間 16:30）
が開かれていました。
"竹取物語絵巻" (タケトリモノガタリエマキ)" ・全五巻は、前期・
後期に分かれて展示されていました。

"当館所蔵の《竹取物語絵巻》は金沢出身で美人画の名手として知られる日本画家の紺谷 光俊 (コンタニ コウシュン / 1890 - 1945) による絵画と、能登 (鳳至郡・現、輪島市) 出身で金沢に出て活躍した書家の中浜 海鳳 (ナカハマカイホウ / 1889 - 1968) による詞書 (コトバガキ) からなります。
色鮮やかで繊細な絵画48面と、端正で流麗な筆致の詞書52面を交互に貼った全五巻の大作です。
この《竹取物語絵巻》は昭和7年 (1932)に成立し、今年で完成から90周年となります。
これを記念して全五巻を一挙公開しました。
あわせて、当館のコレクションから、歴史・文学・宗教・風俗などを題材にした人物画と、心あたたまる人形を展示し、多彩なひとびとの姿をご覧いただける展示としました。"
全五巻、すべてを見るためには、前期と後期、少なくとも2回の訪問が必要でした。
私は、後期のみでしたが、十分に見応えがありました。
私のブログに載せる上で、勝手に企画展を第一部を竹取物語、第二部を美術館所蔵品と分けました。
(後期の展示を2つに分けました)
私は、紺谷 光俊も中浜海鳳 も知りませんでした。
ふたりとも金沢に縁 (ユカリ) がある人たちでした。

People who reflect the times -
《The Tale of Princess Kaguya Picture Scroll》

"Taketori Monogatari Emaki : The Tale of Princess Kaguya Picture Scroll", all five volumes were exhibited separately in Part 1 and
Part 2.

"Taketori Monogatari Emaki : "Picture Scroll of the Tale of Princess Kaguya (The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter)" in the museum's collection consists of paintings by
Koshun Kontani (1890 - 1945), a Japanese-style painter from Kanazawa who is known as a master of painting beautiful women, and explanatory texts by Kaiho Nakahama (1889 - 1968), a calligrapher from Noto (Fugeshi District, now Wajima) who was active in Kanazawa.
It is a large work in five volumes, alternating between 48 paintings with colorful and delicate and 52 explanatory texts : kotobagaki with neat and elegant brushstrokes.
This "Taketori Monogatari Emaki" was completed in 1932, and this year marks the 90th anniversary of its completion.
In commemoration of this, all five volumes have been displayed at one time.
At the same time, from the museum's collection, we exhibited portraits on subjects such as history, literature, religion, and customs, as well as heartwarming dolls, making it an exhibition where you can see the diverse faces of people. "
It takes at least two visits of Part 1 and Part 2, to see all five volumes.
I only visited Part 2 , but it was worth seeing.
In order to put it on my blog, I arbitrarily divided the special exhibition into the story of the 'Tale of Princess Kaguya' in Part 1 and the collection of the museum in Part 2
(I divided Part 2 into two sections.)
I didn't know of Koshun Kontani or Kaiho Nakahama.
Both of them had a connection to Kanazawa.

1階の常設展示物の多くは、撮影不可ですが、他は殆ど撮影可です。
企画展は2階です。
Most of the permanent exhibits on the ground floor are not allowed to be photographed, but photography is allowed for most of the others.
The special exhibition was on the first floor.

最初の絵巻 絵巻の実物は寝かせて、プリントは吊るされて 展示されていました。 展示の工夫が感じられます。 First Picture Scroll The actual picture scroll was laid down, and the print was hung. I can feel the ingenuity of the exhibition. |

私は日本人でありながら、日本画を見る回数が洋画や現代美術作品を見る回数よりもずっと少ないです。
日本画を見ることはとても新鮮です。
日本画の繊細さに癒されもし、ときとして描かれるユーモアにも心癒されます。
なんとなく、食事をするときに、ナイフとフォークで切って食べる洋食と、箸でつまんで食べる和食の違いに共通するような何かがあるようにも感じます。

Although I am Japanese, the number of times I see Japanese paintings is much less than the number of times I see Western paintings or contemporary works of art.
Seeing Japanese paintings is very refreshing for me.
The delicacy of Japanese paintings is soothing, and I find I am healed by these paintings, including sometimes by their humour.
Somehow, I feel that there is something in common between Western painting and Western food, which is eaten by cutting it with a knife and fork, in contrast to Japanese painting and Japanese food, which is eaten by picking it up with chopsticks.
実際に見ていた時は、絵にばかり興味が注がれましたが、後に写真を通して作品を見ると、毛筆の文章が非常に美しく、日本画の優しい
タッチにあっていると思いました。
あの時、もう少し、文章にも目をとめるべきでした。
書の詳細はわからなくとも、毛筆の美しさは感じられたと思うのです。
When I was actually looking at it, I was only interested in the paintings, but when I looked at the works later through the photographs, I realized that the brushstrokes are very beautiful and that they show the gentle touch of most Japanese paintings.
At that time, I should have paid more attention to the text.
Even if I didn't know the details of the writings, I think I could feel the beauty of the brushwork.

| 月に帰る かぐや姫は、天の羽衣を羽織ると、地上でのことを忘れてしまうので、 育ての親に対してもなんの未練ももたず、月へ向かってしまうことを 知りました。 そうだったのね〜...と、少し驚きました。 Return to the Moon Here, I found out that once Princess Kaguya put on a feathered robe worn by heavenly beings, she would forget what she had done on earth, so she would go to the moon without feeling any guilt toward her parents who had raised her. 'かぐや姫の物語'の全容を私が知らなかったということに驚き、自分の無知さを一人、恥入りました。
I was surprised and ashamed of my ignorance that I didn't know the full story of 'The Tale of Princess Kaguya'.

展示室には、私一人でしたので、ゆっくりと、見ることができ、
かぐや姫の世界に浸りました。
I was alone in the exhibition venue, so I was able to take my time and immerse myself in the world of Princess Kaguya.
