1)フルーツサラダ / Fruit Salad

夫Rはフルーツ好きでフルーツサラダを作ってくれます。

'フルーツダラダ'という言葉は、彼から教わりました。

"紅葉の時計"
柿のみなのでフルーツサラダと呼ぶのか疑問です。
が、こんなに美しく仕上げてくれたら私にとっては
フルーツサラダです。
このタイトルは私がつけました。

"Autumn Colour Clock"

Since it is only persimmon, I wonder if it is called fruit salad.

However, it would be a fruit salad for me 

since it was finished so beautifully.

I gave this title.

My husband R loves fruits and makes fruit salads.

The word 'Fruit Salad' was learned from him.

2) 姉から / From My Sister

日頃から、姉Yにはよくしてもらっています。

クリスマスプレゼントも数回にわたって到着します。

今回は姉手製のシュトーレンです。

クリスマスカード
クリスマスカードは箱の蓋に1つ、
箱の中に1つ入っていました。

これは蓋に仮止めしてあり、最初蓋のラベルかと

勘違いしました。

Christmas Card

There was one Christmas card on the lid of the box 

and one in the box.

This was temporarily fixed to the lid, 

and at first I mistakenly thought it was the label 

on the lid.

From My Sister

My sister Y often looks after me.

Christmas gifts arrive several times.

This time is Stollen made by Y.

徐々に少しづつ固くなっては行きますが
通常のシュトーレンよりは柔らかめです。

味見程度にいただきました。
時間の経過とともに味も変わるので少しづつ食べます。

We had some as a tasting.
The taste changes over time, so eat little by little.

3) ボジョレーヌーボー / Beaujolais Nouveau

私は、ボジョレーヌーボーはあまり得意ではありません。

長い間、買ったことがありませんでした。

今年は、ボジョレーヌーボーの時期に、英国に在住の友人Miが来訪するので、用意していました。

ですがMiもあまり興味がないので、彼女とは他のワインを飲みました。

姉のシュトーレンを食べるときに、このボジョレーヌーボーを開けました。

意外や、意外、このボジョレーヌーボーは美味しく、たまに買ってみるのもいいものだと思いました。

Beaujolais Nouveau

I don't love Beaujolais Nouveau so much.

I hadn't bought it for a long time.

This year, during the Beaujolais Nouveau season, my friend Mi, who lives in Britain would visit us, so I kept it.

But Mi wasn't too interested, so we drank another wine with her.

I opened this Beaujolais Nouveau when we ate my sister's Stollen.

Surprisingly, this Beaujolais Nouveau was delicious and I thought it would be a good idea to buy it once in a while.
