Vegetables from Golden Green
6月から12月、毎月1回、ゴールデングリーンの野菜が届きます。

| 7月分のゴールデングリーンの野菜達 夫Rが食べられない野菜の代わりに、 通常のセットの組み合わせとは違う野菜が入っています。 こんな配慮もしてくれて助かります。 今回は、サニーレタスが王冠のよう...と感じたので 王や女王をイメージして撮影のレイアウトを決めました。 レイアウトを考えている時には意識していませんでしたが、 撮影後に、王や女王はたくさんの家来に支えられてこそなのだな〜 と気がつきました。 Golden Green Vegetables for July Instead of vegetables that my husband R cannot eat, vegetables that are different from the usual set combination are included. I wasn't aware of it when I was thinking about the layout, but after photographing, I realized that the king and queen must be supported by many servants. |
Vegetables from Golden Green
Golden Green vegetables arrive once a month from June to December.
They use organic fertilizers without spraying pesticides and produce about 60 kinds of vegetables annually.
The vegetables are grown by a couple.
Their location is at an altitude of 1,000 m in the Northern Yatsugatake Volcanic Group area.
I heard that there is a huge difference in temperature between day and night, and vegetables grown in such places have a tightly condensed umami and sweetness.

When I open the box, I feel cool and I can feel the air at the altitude of 1,000m.
For a while, I think of Golden Green fields with clear air.
July vegetables are colorful!
I like the uneven shape of vegetables.
Every time, I think I'll get energy from the Vegetables!

| ランチ サニーレタスもゴールデングリーンの野菜です。 昨年からランチがディナーのメニューになることが多いです。 Lunch Sunny lettuce is also Golden Green's vegetable. Since last year, lunch is often the dinner menu. |

| レタスと豚肉の蒸し重ね焼き ここにもズッキーニを使用しています。 大きなズッキーニだったので2種類のお料理に使用できました。 大きなズッキーニは味が大味になりがち (乾燥しているのかな？)ですが、 ゴールデングリーンの大きなズッキーニは 身が引き締まっていて美味しいです。 Steamed Lettuce and Pork Courgette is also used here. It was a big courgette so I could use it for two kinds of dishes. Large courgettes tend to have a dull taste (is it dry?), but large Golden Green courgette is firm and delicious. |

| にんじんサラダ にんじんサラダ、キャロットサラダ、キャロットラペ、 にんじんラペと呼び方が色々あります。 我が家ではキャロットサラダと呼びます。 今年になって頻繁に作っています。 ミントは我が家の庭から。 今年はミントとバジルを育てています。 両方とも重宝しています。 Carrot Salad There are some names, Carrot Salad, Carrot Rape and Carottes Râpées. We call it Carrot Salad. I make this frequently this year. Mint from Our Garden. This year we are growing mint and basil. Both are useful. |

| 左 : ジューンベリージャム 右：ますみちゃんのカレンダー ご近所のKさんからジューンベリージャムをいただきました。 Kさんの庭のジューンベリーです。 奥様が作られて旦那様が持ってきてくださいました。 Kさんから頂き物は初めてで、ちょっとびっくりしました。 カレンダーは友人のイラストレイター、 まえだますみちゃんの仕事です。 Left : Junberry Jam Right : Masumi's Calendar We were given Juneberry Jam from K san, a neighbour. Mrs K made the jam and Mr. K brought it to us. It was the first time we were given a gift from K san, and I was a little surprised. Calendar is the work of my friend illustrator, Masumi Maeda.  おいしかったです。 ありがとうございました。 The jam is delicious. Thank you very much. |
