❶リハビリ-北鎌倉 / Rehabilitation - Kitakamakura

1)  紅葉 / Autumn Colour 

予定では午後であったリハビリが、その朝、突然電話があり、できれば、午前11時にしてほしいと言われたので、私には可能なことでしたので、11時にしました。

湘南鎌倉人工関節センターは、JR大船駅とJR北鎌倉駅の間に位置しています。

なので、 私達は、はやめに出かけ、北鎌倉の円覚寺の紅葉も、門前だけですが、見ました。

Autumn Colour 

The rehabilitation was scheduled for this afternoon although they called me suddenly this morning to see if I could get there for 11:00am.

Shonan Kamakura Joint Reconstruction Center is between JR Ofuna Station and JR Kitakamakura Station.

So I went out earlier than planned with R and we looked at Autumn Colour just in front of Engakuji -Temple .

2) 珈琲 / Coffee 

"北鎌倉ベルタイム珈琲"

 "Kitakamakura Belltime Coffee"

ここの珈琲豆は自家製焙煎です。
This shop roasts their own coffee beans. 

"北鎌倉ベルタイム珈琲"で、珈琲も飲み、豆も買う事ができました。

以前、このお店で豆は買った事がありましたが、
珈琲を飲んだのは初めてでした。

Rはお店に来た事自体が初めてでした。

We had cups of coffee in "Kitakamakura Belltime Coffee" shop 

and bought some coffee beans. 

I bought coffee beans here before, 
it was the first time I had a cup of coffee here. 

R's first visit today.

どんな珈琲を選んでも一杯280円で、飲ませてくださいます。
すごい！嬉しい！
私は「鎌倉五山」というブレンドをストレートで、
いただきました。
 まろやかでバランスがとれている味です。
ミルクはRが全部使いました。Rは「モカシダモ」。

 A cup of coffee is only ¥280 and 
you can choose any coffee beans,
it was great! and glad!
I had "Kamakura-Gozan" blend without milk or sugar.
The taste is mild and good balance.
R used all my milk.
He had "Mokashidamo" with sugar and milk.
