お盆に、母がやって来ています。
なので、こふくさんへ行きました。
In Japan, there is Bon Festival, so my mother came to stay with me.
Today we went to Kofuku restaurant.

| 写真右下に豚ちゃんの蚊遣器(かやりき) きっと引き戸の開閉め時の蚊の侵入を防ぐためでしょう。 こういうこふくさんの気遣いに関心します。 To the right of the door there is a 'pig' container for a mosquito coil; in Japan it is traditional to use a pig-shaped vessel to hold a smoking mosquito coil, to drive away mosquitos. I think when people open and close the sliding doors, it prevents mosquitos coming in. Again, I feel admiration for their care. |

| カシスのシャーベットと、お手製のわらび餅。 夏の甘味ですね〜！ デザート、いつもは一つですが、今日は二つ。 母を考慮してくださったのだと思います。 ありがとうございます。 Cassis Sherbet and hand made - Warabi-mochi They are summer sweets, aren't they! Dessert usually is one sweet here, although today we have two. I guess they considered my Mother. Thank you! |

９月の手術をすると半年ほどは、ここに来れません。

I was relieved that my Mother was so pleased there.
Maybe this was my last visit here before my operation in September.
After the operation, I will not be able to come for about six months.
