部屋に到着後、私達がしたことは、食材の買い出しでした。

After we arrived in our accommodation, we had shopping for our meals.
We went to "S-market Sokos

| 入り口はひとつで、入ったら何か買ってレジを通らないと出られません。 この方法は、フィンランドのスーパーでは、一般的なようです。 Entrance There is an entrance, once we go into the supermarket, we must buy something, go to the cashier and we can go out. This method looks normal for supermarkets in Finland. |

| ハーブがポットでたくさん売っています。 There are many herb in pots. |

| 量り売りコーナー エビ1つから売ってくれます。 シーフード売り場でいくつか買いました。 Corner of Sell by Weight The can sell from one prawn. We bought some seafood.  ラッピングがかわいい。 中は焼いたスモークした鮭。 The wrapping is lovely. Inside is cooked smoked salmon. |

| 肉売り場も充実しているようでしたが、 私にとってはフィンランドはシーフードのイメージが強いので、 初日はとにかく、シーフード！ The meat section looks comprehensive, however, my strong image about Finland is seafood , so anyway, the first day was seafood! |
 ジュース？ |
| ベリーのジュースをなにか買おうと思ってジュースコーナーへ行きました。 が、ここで気がつく...まったくフィンランド語がわかりません。 持参した、旅行フィンランド語のメモにジュースが載っていません。 パッケージのデザインでブルーベリージュースと思われるものを選びましたが、 これが、'ブルーベリースープ'で、不思議な味でした。 買い物としては失敗でしたが、こういう経験が面白いですよね。 スープは、"Keitto" だと学びました！(笑) ジュースはJuiceなのに、なぜわからなかったのか？(苦笑) Juice? We would buy any berry juice and went to the section. At that time, we found out that we do not understand Finnish at all. I had a note of Finnish which did not have a word for juice. We just guessed on Blueberry Juice by the package design, however, this was a blueberry soup and the taste was subtle. It was a failure as shopping, thought this experience was fun, wasn't it? And also we learnt, soup is "Keitto" in Finnish! (laugh) Juice is Juice in Finnish, why we did not find it? (Wry Smile) |

| ハイジのチーズ 食べたかったのですが、値段が高い！と思って買いませんでした。 けれども、のちに写真で確認すると、1kgの価格表示で 1個140gとするとそんなに高いものではなかったのです。 残念！ Heidi's Cheese I wanted to eat this, although its price was expensive and we did not buy it. However, later I found out from my photograph that the price shows us the cost for 1kg, the cheese is 140g, so it is not so expensive. That't too bad.  |

| "フィンランディア / Finlandia"とか"ポーラー / Polar "というネーミングや パッケージデザインに北欧を感じます。 I feel Scandinavia by the naming like 'Finlandia' or 'Polar', and their designs.   パッケージがフィンランディア？ Package is Finlandia? |

| 珍しいビールがたくさん いちごが置いてある....英国でも時々見かけます。 日本もないこともないけれど、比較的少ないように思います。 Many Novelty Beers for me. There is a pack of strawberries...sometimes I see this in Britain. I seldomly see it in Japan... |

| レジ前 文字はまったくわかりませんが、英国も日本もこんな感じ？ Just Before Cashier I do not know any of the writing, though I feel this view similar to Japan and Britain? |
初日の晩 / The First Night

 私のお皿には、ニシンの酢漬け、焼いた燻製鮭、 いくら、海藻サラダ、マッシュルーム。 私が抱くフィンランドの食べ物です。 Rは、バター付きパン、モッツァレラチーズ、バジル、トマトのサラダと ベークド・スモークド・サーモン (焼いた燻製鮭) を食べました。 My plate has pickles of herring, baked smoked salmon, red caviar, seaweed salad and mushrooms. It is my image of Finland food. R had a salad of mozzarella cheese, basil and tomato and bread with butter. |

スタートが早かったので、疲れました~!
明日の朝は、ゆっくり部屋で過ごしてから出かけようと話して寝ました。
Today's start was early, so we were tired!
We talked about tomorrow that we would spend time slowly in the morning, and slept.
