6) 東京-27日-現代美術館(屋内-part 2) / Tokyo-27th-Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (Inside - part 2)

1) 図書館 / Library

図書館は地下にあります。

初めて利用します。

閲覧のみで、貸し出しはできません。

2010年にその本の存在を知った時から見たかった、
片岡珠子さんの画集を見られました。嬉しい！

大人の絵本作家、エドワード•ゴーリーの存在を知ったのも良い収穫でした。

彼の絵本は、ブラックユーモアがきいていて、なんとなく、
現代アートの美術館に似合っていると思います。

Library
The library is in the basement.

It was the first time I used this library. 

We can only look at books here, we cannot borrow them. 

I could look at the picture book by Tamako Kataoka which I had wanted to see it since I knew of it in 2010.

And also it was good that I knew of Edward Gory, who is an author and illustrator for adult picture books. 

I think black humour works well in his books and somehow 
I feel his books suit contemporary museums or galleries.

2) カフェ / Cafe

A.  カフェ • ハイ / Càfê Hai

この美術館の 'Content restaurant /レストランコントン'

は好きなのですが、今回は初めて

カフェ : Càfê Hai / カフェ • ハイ

を利用しました。

ベトナム風カフェで、思ったよりも素敵で満足しました。

I like this museum's restaurant : 'Content restaurant ', although 

for the first time I used their cafe: 'Càfê Hai'.

The cafe is Vietnamese, and more fine than I had thought from 

outside, and I was satisfied.

After steps, there is a cafe.
Down steps, there is the library.

何人かのお客さんが帰られた後に撮影。

外国人の旅行客らしい人が３人くらいいました。

すべて女性のお客さんでした。

女性が好きそうなカフェです。

Before I took this photograph, there were a few customers 

including three foreign-looking tourists.

All the customers were women. 

The cafe seemed to be liked by women.

ベトナムの小物も売っています。
They sell Vietnamese things.

B. 窓 / Window

窓にかわいい絵がいっぱい!

Window has many lovely pictures.

C. メニュー / Menu

一見、'ベトナム風帽子 : ノンラー'を開くと
メニューになっています。

このアイディア、好きです！
Vietnamese-looking hat ; Non La became a menu 
after opening. I like this idea. 

こちらは写真つきメニュー
Another menu has photographs.

ランチ、蓮茶はポットで。
My lunch with a pot of lotus tea.

3) 他の場所  / Other Places

1階、ミュージアムショッップの奥のベンチ
Benches are behind the museum shop on 

the ground floor.

トイレの壁まで作家さんの作品！(1階)

Even the wall in the toilet is an art work 
by Michael Lin.

今回は疲れてしまって、常設展示のガイドツアーに

参加できなかったのが、残念！

でも、たくさんの良いことが自分にあったので、

満足しました。

This time, I was very tired so I could not join with 
a guided tour of the permanent exhibition. 

That's too bad!

However, I have enjoyed many good things for myself 

here, so I was content.

夏休みにあわせているのでしょうか？

ジブリも企画制作協力しています。

デマンド展内の廊下から、スタッフが東京の街の模型を

制作している姿が見られました。

残念ながらここも撮影禁止でした。

制作中というのは、なかなかおもしろいものです。

完成していないので、それがゴジラが大暴れした後の

ように感じました。

完成した街も見たいです。

ぜひ行きたい展覧会です。

It is Tokusatsu~ ~ ~ ! 

It might suit the summer holidays. 

Studio Ghibli supports the planning. 

From the corridor in the Demand Exhibition, I could see some 

staff who are making a model of Tokyo town for the next 

exhibition. 

Unfortunately here too, they do not allow photographs. 

It is interesting in its half way state.

The model is not perfect, so I felt that Godzilla had attacked 

the town.

I would see the perfect town too.

I really want to go this exhibition!
