1) 若宮大路の石造物群
Wakamiya Ōji Stone Structures

| 若宮大路の石造物群 若宮大路、二の鳥居近くの石に初めて気がつきました。 この石たちは、鎌倉市が行っている発掘調査で 発掘されたもののようです。 貴重な石だと思われますが、なんの説明もないので 貴重さがわかりません。  Wakamiya Ōji Stone Structures For the first time, I noticed stones along Wakamiya Ōji and near Ni-no-Torii: Second Gate. These stones seem to have been excavated in an archaeological excavation conducted by Kamakura City. They seem to be precious stones, but I don't know their value because there is no explanation.  |
2) 江ノ電 / Enoden
通常、長谷に行くときは、バスを使用しますが、今日は観光者の気分で江ノ電に乗りました。

| 江ノ電・鎌倉駅 江ノ電が駅へ入ってきます。 行き先はすでに、"藤沢"に変わっていて 待っている乗車客を安心させます。 Enoden ・ Kamakura Station Enoden comes into the station. The destination has already changed to "Fujisawa" and reassures the waiting passengers. |
It's been a long time since I and my husband R got on the Enoden.
Today, there were many 'it has been a long time since'.
We used Enoden to go to "Ishiwatari Gensaburo Shoten"(Dry Food Shop) in Hase.
We normally use the bus when we go to Hase, but today we took the Enoden as if we were tourists.

| '無事カエル' 線路終点部にある '無事カエル'の置き物。 この存在に気がついたのは初めてかもしれませんし、 以前気が付きつつ、その存在を忘れていたのかもしれません。 'Buji Kaeru' : 'Safe Frog' Kaeru means frog. A figurine of a 'Safe Frog' on the end of the track. It may be the first time I've noticed this existence, or maybe I've noticed it before and forgotten about it.  Kaeru means "to return safely" because Kaeru sounds almost the same as "Return" or "Come Back" in Japanese. |

3) 長谷 / Hase
A."カフェ・イドバタ" / "Cafe・idobata"
長谷駅から北へ向かって歩きます。
そして"石渡源三郎商店"よりもさらに手前にカフェ・イドバタ: "idobata" があります。
"Cafe・idobata"
Walk north from Hase Station.
There are the Great Buddha and Hase-dera Temple in the north, but the "Ishiwatari Gensaburo Shoten" is before them.
And there is a cafe "idobata" before "Ishiwatari Gensaburo Shoten".

| 昨年10月撮影 昨年、カフェの看板(上の画像)が気に入って撮影しましたが、 カフェそのものの撮影が失敗してしまいました。 今回はカフェも撮影できました(下の画像)。 Photograph, Last October Last year, I liked the signboard of the cafe, above and took a photograph, but the photograph of the cafe itself failed. I was able to take a photograph of the cafe this time, below.  "idobata" : ★ カフェの名前が、'idobata'と知りました。 きっと、'井戸端会議' (イドバタカイギ) に由来するのですね？ 名前も、様々な部分も好きです。 でもコーヒーの味は知りません (笑)。 次回はぜひ、コーヒーを！ I found that the name of the cafe is 'idobata'. I like the name and the various parts. But I don't know the taste of coffee (Laugh). Next time, have a coffee! 昨年10月の長谷については下記。 About Hase in last October, below. |
I think "idobata" came from 'Idobata-kaigi', originally, the women of Nagaya gathered by the common well and enjoyed small talk and rumours while drawing water and doing laundry.
Nagaya means one of Multi-family residential.
B. 魚のビーチサンダル / Fish Beach Sandals

| 魚のビーチサンダル こんなビーチサンダルがあるのですね〜。 形が 'たい焼き'を思わせます。 Fish Beach Sandals There are such beach sandals. The shape is reminiscent of Taiyaki which is a Japanese fish-shaped cake. |
C. 収玄寺 / Shugenji Temple

| 収玄寺 ほぼ、通るたびに収玄寺 (シュウゲンジ)を撮影しますが、 中へ入ったことがありません。 あえて入らないのではなく、 ここを通る時は他の目的を持っていて、 通り過ぎてしまいます。 Shugenji Temple Almost every time I pass, I take a photograph of Shugenji Temple, but I have never been inside. Rather than not dare to enter, when I pass here, I have another purpose and I have passed by. |
D. "石渡源三郎商店"
"Ishiwatari Gensaburo Shoten"
"石渡源三郎商店"は、明治初年(1868年)に創業した国産の乾物を取り扱うお店です。
姉Yがこのお店が好きで、鎌倉へくると何かしら買っています。
コロナのために彼女が鎌倉へこれません。
昨年10月にこのお店へきましたが、姉の欲しいものが売り切れていました。
それがお店に入荷したので買いに行きました。
姉のお使いを果たし、ホッとしました。

"Ishiwatari Gensaburo Shoten"
"Ishiwatari Gensaburo Shoten" is a shop that handles domestically produced dried foods, which was founded in the first year of the Meiji era (1868).
My sister Y likes this shop, and when she visits me in Kamakura, she buys something.
She doesn't visit Kamakura now because of the corona pandemic.
We came to this shop last October, but my sister's wishes were sold out.
Nowadays the shop has got it, so we went to buy it.
I was relieved to finish my errand for Y.
E. ベルグドフェルド長谷店
Bergfeld Hase Branch
長谷に来たので、ベルグドフェルド長谷店でパンを買って帰ることにしました。
お店に行ったら、二階堂でご近所だったKiさんがパートタイムで働いていました。
(私は本帰国後、鎌倉二階堂に数年住んでいました）
以前から彼女が時々ここにパートタイムに来ていることは知っていましたが、私達がここを訪ねた時には会えませんでした。
お店の前をバスで通りすぎる時も、Kiさんがいるかな〜？見えるかな〜？と言う思いで、時々バスからお店を見ています。
2019年の私の個展にもいらしていただきましたが、その時も入れ違いで会えませんでした。
'会えない'と言うことが続いていたので、お店に向かっている時には期待はしませんでした。
Kiさんからパンが買え、ほんの少しですがお話もできて嬉しかったです。
RもKiさんにあえ、自分の好きなパンも買えて、ほくほくしつつ、店を出ました。
運よく、鎌倉山行きのバスがすぐ来て、待たずに帰ることができました。
いろいろなことが片付き、いろいろなことを経験し、希望の品を購入でき、良い一日になりました。

Bergfeld Hase Branch
Since we came to Hase, I decided to buy bread at the 'Bergdfeld' Hase Branch for R and go home.
When we popped in the cafe, Ki San, who was a neighbour in Nikaido, worked here part-time.
(I lived in Nikaido, Kamakura for several years after returning to Japan)
We had known for some time that she sometimes comes here part-time, but when we visited here, we hadn't seen her.
I sometimes look at the shop from the bus when I pass by bus
'Is Ki San there ? Can I see her?
With that in mind, I sometimes look at the shop from the bus.
She visited my exhibition in 2019, but we missed each other at that time.
I didn't expect to see her today when I was heading to the cafe, I kept saying "I can't meet".
I was happy to be able to buy bread from Ki San and talk a little bit.
R was also pleased to see her, bought his favourite bread by her, and left the cafe while he felt happy.
Fortunately, the bus for Kamakurayama came soon and we were able to return without waiting.
It was a good day for me to get things done, experience various things, and buy what I wanted.
