4月20日、ミステリーの本 / Mystery Book, 20th of April, 2016

私はミステリーファンではありませんが、親友Kや姉はミステリーが好きで、勧められるまま今まで何冊か読んできています。

『驚愕遊園地』(2013 /  光文社）は、15人の作家のミステリー短編集です。

15人の作家の中で、私が読んだことがあるのは、4人、
赤川 次郎 (アカガワ ジロウ/ 1948 -)、
恩田 陸 (オンダ リク / 1964 -)、
東野 圭吾 (ヒガシノ ケイゴ / 1958 -)、
米沢 穂信 (ヨネザワ ホノブ / 1978 -)です。

ミステリーは娯楽ですよね。ほとんどの小説は娯楽でしょうけれど、ミステリーは違う楽しさがあります。

そのうえ、この本は短編なので、一層気軽に読めました。

ミステリーファンではないので、謎解きが詳細な事柄に関わると、ちょっとめんどくさいな〜と思ってしまいます(苦笑)。

どの作家の作品が好きであろうかと思いつつ、読みましたが、どれもまあね〜という印象でした。

ただまとめてミステリー作品を読んだことがなかったので、読み比べの楽しさを味わえたことは良かったです。

本のタイトルが内容ととてもあっていて、私には一番印象に残りました。

家で楽しむ遊園地です。

I am not a mystery novel fan, although a close friend and my sister love it, so I have read a few books which they have recommend to me.

"Kyougaku-Yuuennchi" : "Astonishment Fun Fair"(2013 / Koubunsha) has 15 mystery stories by 15 novelists.

I had read works by 4 of the novelists, 

Jirō Akagawa (1948 -)

Riku Onda (1964 -)

Keigo Higashino (1958 -)

Honobu Yonezawa (1978 -).

A 'Mystery Novel' is for amusement, isn't it? 

All novels might be amusement, but 'Mystery Novel' has a different enjoyment.

Moreover, this book is all short stories, so it is much more light‐heartedly reading.

I am not a mystery novel fan, so if the solution to the puzzle is related with tiny detail, I would feel bothersome (Wry Smile).

While I read the book, I wondered which stories I like, although my impression is alright for every story. 

Just it was good that I had never read 'Mystery Novel's close together, I enjoyed comparing the stories.

I was most impressed by the title which suits the contents well.

This is like the enjoyment of a 'Fun Fair' in our home.
