My favourite neighbour's garden, behind our house

紅葉 / もみじ

もみじがあることを初めて知りました。

もみじとカエデの違いは葉にあると言われます。

切り込みあるこの写真の葉は、もみじ、切り込みがないのはカエデ。

ですが、実は双方ともカエデ科です。

"カエデ"の意味は、蛙の手/ カエルデから来ているそうです(★)。

赤ちゃんの手のもみじ、蛙の手のカエデ、日本語って、面白い！
そしてまた、紅葉そのものも、もみじと表現しますね。(歌→★)

Autumn Colour / Momiji
This autumn I realized there is a maple tree: Momiji in the garden behind our house.

They say the difference between Momiji and Kaede is their leaf.
The leaf like this photographs' above is Momiji,
not separate is Kaede is like the Canadian national flag, 
however, actually both of them are in the family Aceraceae.
They say original Kaede means Kaeru-no-te: Frog's hand.
They say a baby's hand is like a maple leaf.
Baby's hand is Momiji, Frog's hand is Kaede, Japanese words are fun!
Moreover, sometimes Momiji means Autumn Colour.
For example, Japanese children song has "Momiji" .
You can listen to the song, here →★, although this is only in Japanese.
However, the song is very famous in Japan, 
so if you are interested in this, please you do.

我家の庭 / My Garden

ブルーベリー/ Blueberry 

黄色や緑の葉も光とともに美しい！
Leaves of Yellow and Green with Light are Beautiful!

"わびさび紫陽花" 

(この名前は、ただのタイトルです)

"Wabi-sabi  Hydrangea" 

(The name is just title)

花のシーズンが終わると見向きもされない紫陽花、
でも、今回初めて情緒あるな〜と、枯れる美がある〜と気がつきました。

The blossom season is finished, it does not catch anyone's attention, 
however, this was the first time I noticed it has a good mood and 
 there is refined the beauty.

2) 猫 / Cat

以前から白い猫が庭にときどきやってくるのは知っていました。

でもこの子じゃない....あの猫はもっと毛足が長くてペット顔してました。

I have known a white cat which sometimes comes into our garden.

But this cat is not that cat..... the other cat has more long hair and the face is a pet face.

この子の鼻の頭には、貼付けられたようなダイヤ柄があります。
ひなたぼっこをしているのに、幸せそうではありません...
不機嫌？
えっ、もしかして、それは私が邪魔をしたからですか？

From My Studio
This cat has a diamond-pattern look like a pasting.
Even it is basking in the sun, it would not seem to be happy.
Displeasure?
Eh! Is it maybe I disturbed you?

あっ！無視してくださって結構です。私も仕事に戻ります。
あとでまた見たら、場所移動してひなたぼっこを続けていました。

Oh! It alright you ignore me. I will back to my work.
Later I looked at the cat again, 
it moved the place and carried on basking in the sun.

3) 夕焼け / Sun Set

ガラス窓の夕焼け
ときどき見かけるこの風景、いつもきれいだと思います。
写真では光のゆらめきは見られませんが、きらきらしているのですよ。

Sunset on the Glass Window 
Sometimes I see this view, always I feel beautiful.
You cannot see light shakings on the photograph,
although there is twinkle twinkle.
