| 旧中村邸 : ★ 旧中村邸は、金沢市立中村記念美術館の分館です。 当初は、ここが美術館でした。 Former Nakamura House 'Former Nakamura House' is an annex of Originally, it was the main museum building. |

| 玄関脇には坪庭 Tsubo-niwa Next to the Entrance Originally the tsubo-niwa facilitated ventilation and lighting, sometime nowadays it means tiny garden. |

| 私が訪ねた日は、漆器作品の三人展が 開催されていました。 On the day I visited, a three-person exhibition of lacquerware works was being held. |

B. 広間 / Hiroma : Hall

| 広間 廊下側から撮影 27畳の広間です。 赤い壁が印象的で、金沢のベンガラ塗りを思い出しました。 ちなみにベンガラは人体に無害です。 正面には、 左に府書院 (書院造) 付きの床の間と右に違い棚がります。 詳しい説明はここで→★ Hiroma : Hall Photograph from Corridor It is a hall : Hiroma of 27 tatami mats. The red walls are impressive and reminded me of Kanazawa's red bengara painting ; bengara is mainly ferric oxide. By the way, the red is harmless to the human body. In the front, there is a tokonoma with Shoin-zukuri on the left and a Chigai-dana shelves on the right. 'Chigai-dana' : shelves built into the wall or alcove shelves. According to Wiki about Tokonoma "A tokonoma (床の間) or simply toko (床), is a recessed space in a Japanese-style reception room, in which items for artistic appreciation are displayed. C. 欄間 / Ranma
二階で最も感動したのが、欄間でした。
何枚も、角度をかえ、場所をかえ、撮影してしまいました。
あとになって、欄間の題材は、能の演目 "猩猩 (ショウジョウ)" であると知りました。
物語の説明はここで→★
本来、猩猩は架空の生き物で、人語を理解し、酒好きと言われています。
能のお話では、酒好きで、主人公の家を栄えさせる役割です。
もともとこの家は1928年に、酒造業中村家の住宅として建築され、ここに移築されました。
能での猩猩の役割と酒造業中村家から、広間の欄間の題材に使用されたことに納得がゆきます。
制作者は、竹田 松洋 (タケダショウヨウ: 武田与作 / タケダヨサク? -?)です。
松洋は、号です。
Ranma
The most impressive thing on the first floor was the Ranma : transom.
I changed the angle, changed the place, and took many photographs.
Later, I found out that the theme of the Ranma was the Noh play "Shōjō".

Originally, Shōjō / 猩猩 is a fictitious creature, it is said that he understands human speech and likes to drink.
In the story of Noh, he likes sake and plays the role of making the main character's family prosperous.
Originally, this house was built in 1928 as a residence for the Nakamura family, a sake brewer, and was relocated here.
From the role of the Shōjō in Noh and Nakamura sake brewery family, indeed, I can understand that it was used as the subject of the Ranma in the hall.
The creator was Shoyo Takeda (?-?)
He studied under Koun Takamura (1852 - 1934) in the Tokyo School of Fine Arts (now Tokyo University of the Arts) : ★ / ★ only in Japanese.

| 奥へはいると水屋があります。 There is a Mizuya when you go inside. Mizuya is is the term for the preparation area in a Japanese tea house (chashitsu) or attached to any venue used for the Japanese tea ceremony.  水屋 加賀棒茶のペットボトルが止め石のように置いてありました。 なので、中へは入らずひろまから撮影しました。 Mizuya A Bottle of 'Kaga-Boucha Tea' played a stopping-stone. So I did not go in and photographed from the Hall.  |

| 表庭 玄関と茶室・"梅庵" : ★への木戸の間にあります。 Front Garden It is located between the entrance and the wooden door leading to a Chashitsu・"Bai-an". According to Wiki about Chashitsu "Chashitsu (茶室, "tea room") in Japanese tradition is an architectural space designed to be used for tea ceremony (chanoyu) gatherings." 'Bai-an' is located in the garden of the Former Nakamura House. |

| 茶室・"梅庵"への入り口 茶室梅庵は1966年、 中村 栄俊 (ナカムラ エイシュン/ 1908 - 1978)が 中村記念館の開館にあわせて新築した茶室です。 Entrance to Chashitsu "Bai-an" The Chashitsu "Bai-an" was built by Eishun Nakamura (1908 -1978) for the opening of the Nakamura Memorial Foundation in 1966. |

| 室内の照明がリフレクションで写真に写り込んでいます。 庭の街灯のように見えます。 もしくは、ぼんぼり？ Lampost or Bonbori The lighting in the room is reflected in the photo. It looks like a garden lampost. Or a bonbori : Japanese Lantern? |

| 辰巳用水 近くに辰巳用水 (タツミヨウスイ) が流れているので、 庭の水はそこからとっているのではないかと推測します。 Tatsumi Canal : Tatsumi yōsui Tatsumi Canal : Tatsumi yōsui runs nearby, so I guess that the water for the garden is taken from there. |

| 背景には本多公園の木々の山(丘？）があり、 その中には、"歴史の小径" と "美術の小径" があります。 小径については次のセクションに載せます。 In the background, there are trees on a mountain (hill?) of Honda Park, there are the "History Path : Reikishi-no-Komichi" and the "Art Path : Bijyutsu-no-Komichi". Paths will be covered in the next section.  |
