1) 館内公開日 / Opening Days for the House
前回からひきつつづき、"旧華頂宮邸 (キュウカチョウノミヤテイ)" についてのセクションです。
通常、庭だけの見学ですが、年に数回の館内公開日があります。
私と夫Rは、"旧華頂宮邸"の庭へは複数回来てはいましたが、館内は初めて見ました。
館内については下記。
館内公開日には、館内だけでなく、日頃非公開の "旧松崎邸和館"も
見ることができます。

Opening Days for the House
This is the second section about "Kyu-Kachōnomiya-tei ; Former Residence of Marquis Kachōnomiya".
Normally, access is only for the garden, but there are a few opening days a year.
I and my husband R have visited the garden of the
"Kyu-Kachōnomiya-tei" several times, but this is the first time we have been inside.
About the inside of the House, below.
On the opening day of the main House you can see not only the House but also the "Former Matsuzaki Residence Japanese-style building" at the far end of the garden, also not usually open to the public.

2) "旧松崎邸和館"
"Former Matsuzaki Residence Japanese-style building"
A. 旧華頂宮邸の所有 / Ownership of Kyu-Kachōnomiya-tei
鎌倉市役所の資料 : ★に、下のように記載されています。
"華頂夫妻が生活したのは数年のみ であった。
その後、度々持ち主が変わり、昭和 42 年 (1967 年) 頃実業家の
松崎貞治郎氏が購入、昭和 45 年 (1970 年) 頃から松崎夫婦が常住するところとなり、敷地の最南端の茶室、門及び和風平屋がこの時
東京から移築された。"
松崎氏は、1987年まで旧華頂宮邸を所有していました。

旧華頂宮邸の庭から 立ち入り禁止の立て札があります。 この日は特別に薬医門の先へ入ることができました。 From the garden of Kyu-Kachōnomiya-tei There is a no-go sign. On this day, we were able to enter specially beyond the Yakui Gate. Yakui Gate is a general term for gates with two pillars behind the gate pillar (main pillar). |
Ownership of Kyu-Kachōnomiya-tei
"The Kachō couple only lived here for a few years.
After that, the owner changed frequently, and it was purchased by a businessman Sadajiro Matsuzaki around 1967, and the Matsuzaki couple became permanent residents from around 1970, and the southernmost tea room : Chashitsu, a gate and
a Japanese-style one-storey house was relocated from Tokyo
at this time. "
Mr. Matsuzaki owned the former Kachōmiya residence until 1987.

B. "無為庵" / "Muian"

| 敷地内にある茶室 "無為庵(ムイアン)"（とその周辺の庭園）は 年2～3回ほど特別公開があります。 The tea room : Chashitsu, "Muian" (and its surrounding garden) on the premises is open to the public two or three times a year. 動画 / Film ：★ |

| 茶室北東部分は、昭和52年に増築されたものです。 The northeastern part of the tea room was expanded in 1977. |

躙口 躙口(ニジリグチ)は、千利休 (センノリキュウ/ 1522 -1591) が 大坂枚方の漁人 (ギョジン) が、船小屋に家の入いるのをみて 考案したという説があります。 Nijiriguchi Nijiriguchi entrance of a tea house. There is a theory that Sen no Rikyū (1522 - 1591) devised Nijiriguchiafter seeing a fisherman in Osaka, entering a boat hut.  |

| 侘び寂び・わびさび 侘び寂び....確かに。 精神的豊かさあってのわびさびで、なければ 廃れた雰囲気を感じてしまうのでしょう。 芸術面でも、'朽ちてゆく美' をよりよく感じられるのは 日本人ではないかと思います。 それは日本人のセンスに侘び寂びが含まれているからの ように感じます。 Wabi-sabi Wabi-sabi .... Certainly.... Wabi-sabi with spiritual richness, without spiritual richness, you will feel an abandoned atmosphere. In terms of art, I think it is the Japanese who can better feel the 'Decaying Beauty'. I feel that it is because the Japanese sense includes wabi-sabi.  |

玄関 / Entrance 引き手 ふすまの引き手が珍しいです。 こんな複雑な引き手を初めて見ました。 Screen Puller The puller of the screen : Fusuma is unusual. I saw such a complicated puller for the first time. |

| 周囲の環境にはこちらの方が調和しているように感じます。 静寂さがよく似合うのは洋館よりもこちらかと思います。 I feel that this is more in harmony with the surrounding environment. I think this is a place where the silence suits Japanese style better than a Western-style building.   |

3) フランス式庭園 / 'French Style Garden'
フランス式庭園 へ戻ってきました。
'フランス式庭園'と呼ばれますが、私にはあまり 'フランス式'には感じられません。
これは日本のセンスが入った、'フランス式庭園'ですよ。
池坊(イケノボウ)的なセンス...と感じるのは私だけでしょうか？
'French Style Garden'
I'm back in the 'French Style Garden'.
It's called a 'French Style Garden', but I don't really feel 'French'.
This is a 'French Style Garden' with a Japanese sense.
"Ikenobō (池坊) is the oldest and largest school of ikebana, the Japanese art of floral design."

| 薔薇 以前、庭だけが公開されていた時に、 庭師さんが一人で黙々と薔薇の世話をしていたことを 思い出しました。 庭は本当に世話をする人がいてこそだな〜と思います。 あの方は今もお元気でしょうか？ Roses Previously, when only the garden was open to the public, I remembered that a gardener was silently taking care of the roses alone. I think that the garden must have someone who really takes care of it. Is he still fine?  |

| "無為庵" の敷地の境目 曼珠沙華 (マンジュシャゲ) が咲いています。 左の植物は、牡丹 (ボタン) でしょうか？ Boundary of Site of "Muian" The Hurricane Lily is in bloom. Is the plant on the left a Paeonia? |

 小さなトレビの泉？ かつてはライオンの口から水が流れ、 その前には噴水があったのでしょう。 その場面はもう見ることはできません。 A small Trevi Fountain? There used to be a fountain in front of the lion. Water also came out from the lion's mouth. We can't see the scene anymore. |

| 屋敷の脇 '宅間ヶ谷' (タクマガヤ) ということがよくわかります。 Next to the House I can clearly see that it is called 'Takumagaya' : Takuma Valley. |

4) 感想 / Review
最初に 旧華頂宮邸 (庭のみ) を訪れた時よりも、手が入り、よくなっていたことに安心しました。
館内も面白く、館内からの庭の景色も素敵でした。
庭からのお屋敷は複数回見ましたが、その時はほぼ私たけでした。
洋館は、多少人の気配がある方がその建物にあっている雰囲気になるかと思いました。
なので、洋館が前回と違って見えました。
多くのボランティアの方々が働いてらして、ちょっと感動しました。
鎌倉(の人)は、地域愛が結構あるのかもしれないと思いました。
以前、私達が住んでいた場所は二階堂で、旧華頂宮邸は散歩コースに含まれていました。
ですが、現在は鎌倉山に住んでいるので、なかなか旧華頂宮邸にはゆくことができません。
ようやく館内を見ることができて、満足しました。
浄明寺バス停までの帰り道で、鎌倉山の 'お向かいのご夫婦' が旧華頂宮邸へ向かうところに出会いました。
お互いびっくりし、ニコッと笑顔(苦笑い？)を浮かべ、挨拶をしました。
ちょっと不思議な感じ....。
不思議な館は不思議な何かをもたらすのかもしれません。

| 脇道 行きは、浄明寺バス停からきました。 帰りはこの脇道を利用してカフェ散策しました。 ちなみにこの小道は、長い間、私のお気に入りです。 Side Path We went to Kyu-Kachōnomiya-tei, getting off at the bus stop by Jōmyō-ji Temple . On our way back, we took a walk for cafes using this side path. By the way this path has long been my favourite. |
ReviewI was relieved that the House was much better than when I first visited the garden of
Kyu-Kachōnomiya-tei.
The House was also interesting, and the view of the garden from the hall was also wonderful.
I had seen the House from the garden several times, but at those times we were almost alone.
This time I thought that Western-style buildings have an atmosphere that suits their being several people around.
So the Western-style building looked different to me than previous times.
I was quite impressed by the many volunteers who worked there.
I thought that Kamakura local people must have a lot of love for the community.
Previously, we lived in Nikaido, close enough to the House to walk there.
However, since we now live in Kamakurayama, we can't easily go to the House.
I was satisfied that I could finally go inside the House .
On the way back to the Jōmyō-ji Temple, we met a Kamakurayama neighbour couple who were heading to the House.
We were surprised at each other and greeted each other with happy smiles or wry smiles (?).
I felt a little strange ....
The mysterious House may bring something strange.
