私と夫Rは、オルゴール博物館へ到着しました。

I and my husband R have arrived at the Music Speelklok.

I gave up searching and entered the Music Speelklok (Music Box Museum).

| 日本語 (上) と英語 (下) のパンフレット
毎時、英語とオランダ語による、無料ガイドツアーが行われています。
ガイドさんがいくつかの展示のオルゴールを動かせて音楽を聞かせてくれるので、
時間が合えば参加がおすすめです。
ただ私に英語力がなく、ガイドさんがかなりオランダ語訛りの英語だったので、 説明の理解を試みることを途中から放棄しました。 それでも、自分では触ることができないオルゴールの音が 聞けるのでツアーの価値はありました。 Japanese (top) and English (bottom) Leaflets
They have a free tour every hour in Dutch and English.
A guide activates the music boxes in some of the exhibits
and lets us listen to the music, so it is recommended to join if the time is right.
ツアーは1階の濃い緑の部分のみ。
2階と他の部分は個人で回ります。
The tour is a "Part of Dark Green" on the ground floor only.
Go around the other parts and the first floor individually.

"日本語では「オルゴール博物館」という呼称で知られているが、オランダ語の名称にある「Speelklok」は、「オルゴール」ではなく、音楽を鳴らす仕掛けが組み込まれた時計のことである"
なるほど〜〜〜。
いくつかの都市で広場の時計は、時間を告げる鐘とともに人形が現れるものがあります。
'アレ' のバリエーションなのだと思います。
When you think of a music box, you think of a small box, but the Museum's ones feel more like instruments for automatic performance.
According to Japanese Wiki, (Translate by me)
"It is known in Japan as the" Music Box Museum ", but the Dutch name "Speelklok" is not a "music box" but a clock with a built-in mechanism to play music."

In some cities, square clocks have dolls with bells telling the time.
I think it is a variation of 'those'.
3) 自動演奏楽器 / Self - Playing Instrument

| 大きなオルゴール？ 娯楽が少なかった時代には人気があったことでしょう? 博物館では、'自動演奏楽器' と呼んでいます。 Big Music Box? It would have been popular in times of little entertainment. The Museum calls it an 'Self - Playing Instrument'. |

4) 美しい時計 / Beautiful Clocks

 "オルガンとオーロマンの卓上時計" ジョージ・パイク、ロンドン、1750年頃 中に本格的なミニチュアオルガンが入っている非常に複雑な装置です。 鐘でなく音楽を聞くことができるのですね。 "Table Clock with Organ and Automata" George Pyke, London (Britain), ca.1750 This is a very complex device with a full-fledged miniature organ inside.You can listen to music instead of bells.

何を意図して描かれたのかわかりません。 窓から見た日常生活でしょうか？ 人々の生活が垣間見られるよう... あっ！人は動くのです。

 時計盤がないので音のみで時刻を知らせる時計でしょう。 It will be a clock that tells the time only by sound because there is no clock board. |

これは"キャベツに入ったウサギ"です。 キャベツだとは気がつきませんでした。
ウサギの部分はうさぎの毛皮、
キャベツは紙張り子の上をシルクで覆っています。
Rabbit
This from the Leaflet.
This is a "Rabbit in a Cabbage".
I didn't notice that it was cabbage.
The rabbit part is rabbit fur and
the cabbage is covered with silk on paper mache.

こういう動きはツアーに参加していないと見ることは難しいです。
It is difficult to see these movements unless you are on a tour.

6) 仕組み / Mechanism
この会社はメリーゴーランドも製造していました。

彼女はいくつかの大きな自動演奏楽器も動かしてくれまし、来場者の希望する楽器も動かしてくれました。
She also moved some of the big automatic musical instruments, and also moved the ones the visitors wanted.

移動式の自動演奏楽器を見てきました。
最後の部屋では、巨大な自動演奏楽器が複数展示されています。
I saw mobile Self - Playing Instruments.
In the last room, there are some giant Self - Playing Instruments on display.

| 劇場のようです。 当時はダンスホールに設置されていました。 この大きさになると、もうオルゴールとは呼べませんよね。  It's like a theatre. At that time, it was installed in a dance hall. At this size, we can no longer call it a music box.
