| 'いぶりがっこ'とクリームチーズ "お料理・とみやま" の板前さんのおばあさまの手作りと聞き 購入した 'いぶりがっこ'をお店と同じ組み合わせで食べました。 美味しかった〜〜！ Iburigakko and Cream Cheese Iburigakko is Akita Prefectures's traditional pickles. I heard that "Iburigakko" of "Japanese restaurant, Tomiyama" is handmade by the grandmother of the owner chef, and I bought it. I ate this in the same combination as in the restaurant. This is delicious! |
