A. びっくり！/ Surprised!
私と夫Rは由比ヶ浜を離れ、若宮大路を歩き始めました。
私がビールを飲みたくなり、Rは一休みしたいと思い、Mother's Cafe (マザーズカフェ) へ行ってみることにしました。
お店に電話をかけ営業していると確認し、向かいました。
マザーズカフェは、'ギャラリー招山・由比ヶ浜' の2.3軒先にあり、そこは行き止まりでした。
2015年に、'ギャラリー招山・由比ヶ浜' で、私の個展 : Space Quest in Kamakura'を開催しました。
久しぶりに、'ギャラリー招山・由比ヶ浜'の建物を見ることができると期待してました。
ですが、そこは更地になっており、とてもびっくりしました。

Surprised!
I wanted to drink beer and R wanted to have a break, so we decided to go to Mother's Cafe.
I called the cafe to confirm that they were open and headed over.
Mother's Cafe is located 2.3 houses ahead of 'Gallery Shozan・Yuigahama', and it is a dead end.
In 2015, my exhibition : 'Space Quest in Kamakura' was held at the Gallery.
I hadn't been the Galley for a long time, I expected to see the building of the Gallery.
However, I was very surprised to find that the land had been vacated.

| ギャラリー招山・入り口 2015年当時は、こんな素敵な玄関でした。 Entrance of 'Gallery Shozan・Yuigahama' In 2015, it was such a wonderful entrance.  ゲートハウスがギャラリーで奥には、 洋画家・朝井 閑右衛門 (アサイカンエモン/ 1901 -1983) 氏が アトリエとしていた母屋がありました。 The gatehouse was the gallery, and beyond was the main building where a painter, Kanemon Asai (1901 -1983) used to have his studio. |

| 浅井氏の遺言で落ちた松葉を片づけず 保存された状態でした。 それを利用して、自分の作品をセッティングして 撮影しました。 According to Asai's will, the fallen pine needles were left untouched. I used it to set up and photograph my works. DSC02677.jpg) |

C. 時代の流れ / The Flow of The Times

| 2022年、更地 思い出がつまる場所、ギャラリーがまったくなくなってしまい、 しばし、喪失感を抱きつつ、更地を眺め、撮影しました。 A place full of memories, the gallery, has completely disappeared. With a sense of loss, I looked at the vacant plot and photographed here.  鎌倉では、ここだけでなく、趣のある家や庭が更地になり、 新しい建物が建てられています。 時代の流れで仕方がないことなのでしょうけれど、寂しいです。 In Kamakura, quaint houses and gardens are being cleared and new buildings are being built, not just here. I guess it can't be helped with the flow of the times, but I'm sad. |
ギャラリー招山は、鎌倉山と由比ヶ浜の2つがありました。
現在、由比ヶ浜のギャラリーは上記のようになくなってしまっています。
ですが、若宮大路沿に新しいギャラリーが計画されているようでした。
鎌倉山のギャラリーは今もあります。

| 以前の面影が残る一角を見つけて撮影しました。 I found a corner where the former features remain and took a picture. |
There were two Gallery Shozan, Kamakurayama and Yuigahama.
Currently, Yuigahama's gallery has disappeared as described above.
However, it seems that a new gallery is being planned along Wakamiya Oji Street.
The Kamakurayama gallery still exists today.

2) マザーズカフェ/ Mother's Cafe
マザーズカフェ / Mother's Cafe を知ったのは、ギャラリー招山で
個展を開催したからでした。
I got to know about Mother's Cafe when I held my Exhibition in Gallery Shozan.

| とにかく、ビール！ グラスはYONAYONAのものですが、 ビールはキリンの豊潤496。 Anyway, Beer! The glass is from YONAYONA, but the beer is Kirin Hojun 496.  |

| Rは紅茶 私はビールを飲みましたが、Rは紅茶です。 R had a Pot of Tea I had a glass of beer, but R had a pot of tea. |
喉の渇きを潤し、一休みもでき、満足しました。
このカフェで、つい最近、更地になったばかりだと聞きました。
It quenched my thirst, gave us a break, and left us satisfied.
I heard from the cafe that the gallery site had only recently been cleared.

| 2杯目はIPA 業務用にはこんな容器に入っていることを知りました。 Rは、私のグラスから、 それぞれのビールを味見しました。 The second glass is an IPA I found out that it is in such a container for business use. R tasted each beer from my glasses. |

| Rはカルボナーラを食べました。 彼はお腹がすいていたのだと気がつきました。 R had carbonara pasta. I realized he was hungry.  私は、おすすめのスパイスチキンをいただきました。 ニンニク風味が感じられ、美味しかったです。 ニンニク味、揚げ物を食べる機会が少ないので、 一層おいしく感じました。 I had the recommended spiced chicken. I could feel the garlic flavour and it was nice. I don't have many opportunities to eat fried food and garlic taste so I felt it was even more enjoyable. |
若宮大路に戻り、鎌倉駅まで歩きました。
久しぶりに鎌倉散策をし、思いのほか、長い距離を歩きました。
楽しい1日でした。
でも、ギャラリー招山・由比ヶ浜と浅井勘右衛門邸がなくなってしまったことは、ショックでしたね〜...。
We returned to Wakamiya Oji Street and walked to Kamakura Station.
We took a walk in Kamakura for the first time in a long time and had walked a longer distance than I expected.
It was a fun day.
However, it was a shock to me that Gallery Shozan ・Yuigahama and Kanemon Asai's residence had disappeared.
