ヘルシンキでも見たきのこだと思って撮影。
私はきのこが大好きですが、Rはきのこが嫌いです。
ヘルシンキでもストックホルムでも食べることができませんでした。

I thought I saw these mushrooms in Helsinki and took a picture here.
I love mushrooms, but R dislikes mushrooms.
I couldn't eat in Helsinki or Stockholm. |

本当の建物が改装中だと知らなかったので、この入り口が市場のものだと
確認するのに、時間がかかりました。
よく、本物のそばには似たようなモノがあり、似たような名前もあるので、
これも、その1つかと怪しんだのです。
Temporary Market
I didn't know that the real building was under renovation,
so it took me some time to confirm that this entrance belonged to the market.
Often there are similar things near a real thing,
and they also may have similar names, so I was sceptical. |

I decided to have lunch at "Lisa Elmqvist", a seafood restaurant in Östermalm Saluhall, Market.

90年後の今日、エルムクヴィスト家の4世代目は、同じ店で仕事を続けています。
Opened in 1926
Today, 90 years later, the fourth generation of the Elmqvist family
continues working from the same place.
They have been awarded Michelin stars many times.

ランチには少し早いので予約なしで席を取れましたが、
通常のランチタイムに行くなら、予約はした方が良いようでした。
It was a bit early for lunch, so we could get a table without reservation,
but it seems better to make a reservation if you go at normal lunchtime. |
市場のトイレは、鍵がかかっています。
市場のスタッフやレストラン利用者(客)は、暗証番号を用いて、使用ができます。
このことはネットの情報で知っていましたので、私はレストランのスタッフから暗証番号番号を教えてもらい、使うことができました。
私の得た暗証番号で使用できるトイレは1つだけで、しかも男女兼用でした。
なので、最初からここのトイレをあてにはしない方が良いと思います。
The toilet on the market is locked.
Market staff and restaurant users (customers) can use with the PIN code.
I knew this from the information on the internet, so I was able to use it when the restaurant's staff gave me the PIN code.
I could use only one toilet with my PIN, and it was unisex.
So it's best not to rely on the toilet here from the beginning.

メニュー
生カキ、ザリガニ(スウェーデンの夏の風物詩)..と迷いましたが
色々な意味で安全パイの小海老を選びました。
食に問題があるRは、スタッフと相談の上、白身のお魚を選びました。
Menu
Though I could not decide on raw oysters or crayfish (Sweden's summer tradition),
I chose shrimp which is a low-risk choice in many ways.
R has a food problem, he chose white fish after consulting with the staff.
飲み物を片手に食事を選ぶのが好きです。
白ワインを飲みながらメニューを見ました。
I like choosing food with a drink.
I saw the menu while drinking a glass of white wine.
Rはハーブティを飲みました。
車の運転があるわけでもないのに、アルコールを飲むにはまだ早いと
思うらしいです。
私は飲みたい時に飲むけれど、彼は色々考えます(笑)。
なので、私が安心して飲めるのですね。

R drank a cup of herbal tea.
Even though he didn't drive, he felt it was too early to drink alcohol.
I drink when I want to, but he considers a lot (Laugh).
So I can drink with confidence.

スーパーでは、クネッケブレッド (クリスプ・ブレッド) / Knäckebröd (右)は、
紙に包まれ、中の状態がわかりません。
クネッケブレッドの中身を初めて見ました。
食べることもできて嬉しかった！

In the supermarket, Knäckebröd (crispbread) (right) is wrapped in paper
and the state inside is unknown.
I saw the contents of Knecke bread for the first time.
