この日は工房のあとに、とても珍しく、Rと一緒に、はしご酒をしました。
On this day, after the Lithograph Studio, very unusually, I did a pub crawl with R.
2) "ユイ・ザ・パブリック・ハウス" / "yui the public house"
鎌倉駅西口、御成り通りは、地元民が利用すると言われていましたが、最近では、観光客をターゲットとしてお店がいくつもできています。
"ユイ・ザ・パブリック・ハウス" / "yui the public house" は、地元民と観光客の両方をターゲットにしています。
日中は、カフェで午後5時からはパブです。
1杯ひっかけて帰宅したいとか、ディナー前に1杯とか...そんな時にちょうど良いのかもしれません。
私も、ちょっと1杯飲んで帰宅したいと思って、"御成り通り"に来て、このお店を見つけました。
夜の鎌倉を出歩くことはあまりありません。
このお店も次に寄った、"バー・パンダ" / "Bar Panda"も初めてでした。

ちょっと手つきが新人さん (新人ではないのでしょうけれど) でしたが、
とても丁寧にビールを注いでくれます。

"yui the public house"
Onari Street is next to West Exist of Kamakura Station, and was said to be used by locals, but recently, many shops have been opened for tourists.
"yui the public house" is targeting both locals and tourists.
During the day, it is a cafe and it is a pub from 5 pm.
Maybe people would pop in here for a glass of drink before going home or for a restaurant dinner, it might be good for such a time or situation.
Today I would have a glass of something before going home, came to Onari Street and found this pub.
We do not go out much at night in Kamakura.
Our visit to this pub and also the next ,"Bar Panda", were both first-time visits for us.

ギネスのハーフ・アンド・ハーフと、キルケニービール
2005
年のアイルランド旅行の思い出話をRとしつつ飲みました。
あのとき、私はアイルランド各地のパブでギネスビールの飲み比べをし、
こんなにも味がちがうのかとびっくりしたのです。
その違いに比べると、日本で飲むギネスビールは、
どこでも比較的同様の味のような気がしました。
まあ、ギネスビールを出すお店が基本的にこだわっているからという
理由もあるからかもしれません。
今は、ギネスビールは日本で珍しくはないビールに感じます。
ギネスがキルケニービールも作っています。
Half-and-Half
of Guinness and Kilkenny Beer
While
we had our beers we were talking about our memories of 2005 Irish trip.
At
that time, I did drink comparisons of Guinness
beer
in pubs throughout Ireland, and
I was surprised to find
the tastes was so different.
Compared
to those differences, I felt that
Guinness beer tastes relatively similar everywhere in Japan.
Well,
it may be because pubs which serve Guinness beer are
basically pubs which are very particular about beer.
Now
I feel Guinness beer is not unusual in Japan.

ハーフ・アンド・ハーフのあとに、通常のギネスビールも飲みました。
美味しく飲みました〜！
After half-and-half, I also drank it normal Guinness beer.
I drank it, delicious ~!

1杯1280円のビール(570ml)は、高い印象ですが、日本の気取ったお店では、これくらいしてしまうのかもしれません。
私としては、800円くらいにしてくれるといいな〜と思うのですけれどね....。
丁寧に注ぐのが特別なことでなく、当たり前なことと、お店側がとらえてくれると良いと願うわけです。
まあ、それに '西口' (裏口) の良さがちょっと価格で消えるような気もします。
My impression is that the price of a glass (570ml) of beer is expensive, ¥1280, but maybe stylish pubs in Japan cannot help it.
However, I would prefer the price is around about ¥800 and the pub thinks it is not necessary to charge more for pouring carefully, of course, this is our job.
Well, it seems to me as if the character of 'West Exit (Rear Exit)' of Kamakura Station disappears by these prices.

壁におしゃれな鎌倉の地図が描かれていましたが、
撮影に失敗してしまいました。
お花も、今時のわびさび風に活けていました。
ここのお店は、鎌倉風にかっこよくしたいのね〜と感じます。
A map of fashionable Kamakura is drawn on the wall, but I failed to photograph.
Flowers are arranged in the Wabisabi style.
I feel that the pub would create a good-looking, Cool Kamakura Style. |

私はノアーズ・ミル / Noah's Mill をいただきました。
バーボンを飲んだのは、久しぶりでした。
東京の夜を思い出しました。
I had a glass of Noah's Mill.
I hadn't had a bourbon for a long time.
It reminded me of Tokyo nights. |
たまに、ふら〜っと行くには良いお店に思います。
I think, occasionally it is good to go to a pub..
3) "バー・パンダ" / "Bar Panda"
1軒寄ったら、帰る！と思っていましたら、1軒めで思ったよりも飲んでしまい、
もう、夕飯を作るきがしなくなってしまいました(笑)。
何か食べられる飲み屋さんに行きたいと思って、御成通をふらふらしていまし、 "バー・パンダ" / "Bar Panda"を見つけました。
看板にはバーとありますが、バル・スタイル (スペインのバー)でした。

I had thought that we would drop in a pub and then would return home!, although I drank more than I thought I would in the pub and I already lost my motivation for cooking our dinner (Laugh).
I then wanted to go to a bar to eat something, we were wandering along Onari Street, I found "Bar Panda".
The signboard says "Bar", but it is a Spanish Bar style.

"味くらべセット2種"
白ワイン (¥730) と赤ワイン (¥700) のセットの両方を注文して、
二人で飲みました。
Rはカフェオレも飲みました。
"Two Taste Sets"
We ordered both taste sets, of white wine (¥ 730) and red wine (¥ 700).
R also had a cup of cafe au lait. |

通常、ここのトルティージャは、ポテトとネギのスパニッシュ・オムレツですが
これはR用にネギ抜きで作ってもらっています。

though this one has no leek for R. |

パエリヤ
パエリヤを食べるのは久しぶりでした。
ニンニク入りなので、私一人で食べました。
パエリアの大きさは、3種類あります。
Paella
I hadn't had a paella for a long time.
This has garlic, so I ate it myself.
They have three size of Paella. |

鶏の唐揚げ
ニンニク風味の唐揚げが久しぶり、外食の味！
美味しかったけれど、後になって、胃にもたれました....とほほ。
Deep-fried chicken : Kara-age
I hadn't had 'Deep-fried garlic flavour' for a long time, tastes of eating out!
It was delicious, but later, it lay heavily on my stomach ....boohoo. |

シェリー・アボガード
R用です。
スペイン料理は殆どがにんにくや玉ねぎ、ねぎ類を使用しているので、
Rは食べることができません。
この日は、私のための外食ということで、"バー・パンダ"はOKでした。
Ice-cream with Sherry
This is for R.
Most Spanish cuisine uses garlic, onions and leeks,
so R can not eat it.
On this day, it was eating out for me, "Bar · Panda" was OK. |
リトグラフ工房で疲れたうえに、御成通では、楽しくてちょっと飲みすぎてしまいましたが、鎌倉の夜を楽しみました。
鎌倉で飲み屋さんをはしごしたのは、初めてだったかもしれません。
I got tired in the Lithograph Studio, later I had a lot of fun and drinking too much on Onari Street, but I enjoyed the night in Kamakura.
This may have been the first time that we did a pub crawl in Kamakura.
