It is not delicious for me, although I think it is quite good that I follow Japanese custom, so I have carried on making the porridge of seven herbs as much as I can, although I do not remember when I started.
I did not do in Britain. After Britain to Japan, I started again.

Reset
Nowadays they sell seven herbs in a plastic box with instructions,
I use the instruction every year, becauseI never remember. Laugh
The herbs are chopped into tiny pieces for the porridge, so I never know which herb I am eating. It might be one of the reason for forgetfulness. Laugh
I think the world is changing, many things make progress and evolution.
However, sometimes I think it is good that some things do not change.
When I have something traditional. however small, like seven herbs porridge, I feel reset.

I think that my stomach is not only recovered by the porridge, but also I come back myself.

Japanese Sweets of Spring

Japanese Sweets of Spring
Japanese fresh sweets are changing by the seasons.
Japanese keens sense of the seasons.
In Japan, many people do not mixed things with Christmas and
New Year like us.
Now the sweet shows spring.
Well, the spring sweets were given to us by one of our neighbours who gave us the stollen, too.
They have an exact sense of the seasons.
I and R might be taught about Japanese tradition
by people like them. |
Begging Monks

Begging Monks
What? What?
It was coming big strange low sounds somewhere, so I looked at outside.
There were a few begging monks who went forward with intone sutras and they became louder and louder.
We are in the bottom of a valley so it resounded loudly.
We are in the bottom of a valley so it resounded loudly.
Sometimes I saw begging monks, for example, around Kamakura station.
However, it was the first time that they came to our house.
I will have an operation this year, here, I thought to myself I would have an exorcism by them and I gave one of them some money.
Then I thought he had intone sutra longer for me or our house.

I did not see them last year.
The photographs show they returned to somewhere.
