大町 (鎌倉市) のリトグラフ工房近くは、紅葉が綺麗です。

工房へ行くたびに撮影します。

いつも同じ場所の撮影になるので、今日は違う場所での撮影もしました。

雨上がりなので、しっとりとした風景でした。

それが私の写真に映し出されているかは疑問ですが....。

Ōmachi After Rain

The autumn leaves are beautiful near the lithograph studio in Ōmachi, Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture.

I photograph every time I go to the studio.

I always photograph in the same place, so today I photographed in different places as well.

There were moist scenes because it was after the rain.

I wonder if it is reflected in my photographs....

試刷り
夜のイメージを出したかったのですが、
なかなか色が決まりませんでした。
似たような色ですが5色作りました。

Test Prints
I wanted to create an image of the night,
but I couldn't decide on the colour.
They are similar colours, I made 5 colours.

本刷り
今日は4版目を刷りました。  

Actual Prints
I printed the 4th plate today.

私が通うリトグラフ工房は大町 (鎌倉市) にあります。

今の時期は紅葉が綺麗で、撮影をよくします。

Autumn Colour in Ōmachi

The Lithograph studio I go to is in Ōmachi, Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture.

The autumn leaves are beautiful at this time of year, and I often photograph.

工房はすぐそこです。
The studio is just by here.

2) 作品 / Work

6版の作品です。
裏に版の名前を書きました。

These are the 6 plates of the work
I wrote the names of the plates on the back.

試刷り
3色の候補から2色を選びました。

Test Prints
I selected 2 colours from the 3 colour options.

本刷り
今日は3版目を刷りました。  

Actual Prints
I printed the 3rd plate today.

この作品は、違う色の組み合わせで、もう1つの作品を作ろうと思っています。

I'm thinking of making another work with different colour combinations using the same plates.

This main firing finished on the 9th,

 but I forgot to photograph in the kiln.

I photographed the pieces after the kiln, 

but I refrain from posting on my blog before my exhibition.

2) 陶芸用品 / Ceramic Supplies 

新しい磁器土
新しい磁器土、2種類が到着しました。
私が使用していた英国の磁器土に近い感じの
磁器土 (特上陶土) と
低い温度に対応する'SK20'です。
香田陶土(有)さんから購入しました。 
(12月8日)

New Porcelain
Two types of new porcelain have arrived.
One of them is porcelain clay (special clay) that
 I feel is similar to the British porcelain clay that I used, 
and another one is 'SK20' that can handle low temperatures.
( 8th of December)

新しい焼成棚と黒の顔料
古い棚は少しづつ廃棄しています。
以前、ダメージを受けた棚の修理をしましたがうまく行かず
廃棄しました。
2つの窯を使用し始めたので、焼成棚の数が足りなくなりました。
黒の顔料は、スリップ (泥漿 /デイショウ）として使用します。

New Firing Shelves and Black Pigment

Old shelves are being discarded little by little.

Previously, I tried to repair damaged shelves, but they didn't work 

and I discarded them.

Since I started using two kilns, I ran out of firing shelves.

The black pigment is used as a slip.
