"ギャラリー花眠"でいただいた'お散歩マップ'を見ての散策は、北鎌倉駅前で終わりました。

その後、私達は、"喫茶ミンカ" に向かいます。

"喫茶ミンカ" は、北鎌倉駅から鎌倉方面に歩きます。

私よりも、よくカフェ巡りをしているRは、"ミンカ" にも私よりは、行っています。

We finished our walking, guided by "The Walking Map" which "Gallery Kamin" gave us, at Kita-Kamakura Station.

After then we went towards "Kissa - Minka"(Cafe Minka).

'Kissa' means cafes or tearooms, sometimes 'tea culture' in Japanese.

"Kissa-Minka" is towards Kamakura from Kita-Kamakura Station. 

R has more often cafe tours than me, so he had visited "Minka" before me.

この道を進むと、建長寺や、神奈川県立近代美術館別館があり、

鶴岡八幡宮脇に出ます。

ミンカへは脇道に入ります。

If you go straight along this road, there are Kenchouji-Temple, 

Kamakura Annex and later Tsurugaoka Hachimangū.

For Minka, we went along a side path.

"ミンカ"のメニュー / Menu of "Minka"

"ミンカ" は、古民家を利用
結構、人気があるお店であると思います。
私も好きですが、場所的になかなか行く機会に恵まれません。
坪内好子さんの個展が、北鎌倉の"ギャラリー花眠"であると知った時、
ミンカに行きたいと思い、ミンカの営業日であるこの日を選んだのです。

Minka uses an old house.
I think the Cafe is quite popular.
I like there too, although visiting it is difficult for me, because of where it is.
When I knew of Yoshiko Tsubouchi Exhibition in "Gallery Kamin" in Kita-Kamakura,
I had a plan that after the Exhibition we would visit the Cafe and I chose this day, 
when the cafe would be open.

お散歩するには気持ちの良い日でした。

It was a comfortable day for walking.

柿の実が秋を感じさせてくれます。
I felt autumn, by the fruit of Kaki : persimmon. 

"苔丸"の庭
庭は、"苔丸"さんがデザインしています。
坪内好子さんは、馬場シェフが旦那様で、
北鎌倉で、"ビストロ・ラ・ペクニコヴァ"を開いています。
ペクニコヴァの庭も苔丸さんがデザインしています。

Garden of "Kokemaru"
The Garden was designed by "Kokemaru" which specializes in wild flowers.
Yoshiko Tsubouchi's husband is Baba Chef and they manage
"Bistro La Peknikova" in Kita-Kamakura.
The Bistro's garden was also designed by "Kokemaru".

入り口脇の席
The table is beside the entrance.

古民家利用ですが、高い天井
Though the house is old, the celling is high.

雑貨も売っています。
They sell things, too.




これらは何でしょう？ / What are they?

一人の時間を楽しめそうな席です。
The seat looks ready to enjoy alone time.

3) 軽食とドリンク / Snack and Drink

カウンター席もあります。
There are counter seats, too.

お店の雰囲気に合わせたメニュー
Menu suits the Cafe's atmosphere.

ピロシキは私用 / Pirozhki was for me.

'五味子茶' (オミジャチャ)も私用
'Schisandra Chinensis Tea' was for me, too.

フレンチトースト と ミルクコーヒーは、R
French Toast and Milk coffee were for R

Rはアップルパイも食べました。
He had an apple pie, too.

アートあり、ガーデンがあり、散歩があり、カフェがある、盛りだくさんの北鎌倉デーでした。

Our day had art, the garden, the walking and the cafe which was a colorful Kita-Kamakura day.
