の展覧会: BACK YARD 3でした。
私がこのギャラリーで個展を開くとき、いつも彼女らの配慮と笑顔にたすけられ、感謝しています。
私が伺ったのは5月17日。このブログに紹介するのが既に６月です。非常におくれて、すみません。
自分の個展の記録をブログ上にまとめるのに、時間がかかり、他のあらゆる事の進行がおくれています。

They are assistants in the gallery.
When I had my exhibitions in this gallery, I was always helped by their consideration and smiles, so I appreciate them.
I visited there on 17th May.
I introduce it here, although it is already June, it is too late, sorry!
I needed a lot of time for describing my exhibition in this blog, so everything else is late.

A. まみさんの作品 / Mami Suzuki's Work
まみさんの作品には、ユーモラスな雰囲気、アイディアがあり、心が和みます。
Rのウインブルドンの家には、以前買った彼女の作品が飾られています。
以前、拝見した時よりも絵の迫力がまし、彼女の意気込みの強さを感じました。
Mami Suzuki's Work
Her work has atmosphere and humorous ideas which give me peace of mind.
We bought her work before which is displayed in R's house in Wimbledon.I think her pictures are more powerful than before and I feel her strong enthusiasm.

| 今回、ハンドタオルを買いました。 我が家のキッチンに飾っています。 木に見立てた人参と馬の出会い、思わず、笑っちゃいます。 I bought a hand towel this time. I display it in my kitchen. A horse meets a carrot resembling a tree. I burst out laughing in spite of myself. |
B. 平出さんの作品 / Saeko Hiraide's Work
初めて、平出さんの作品を見させていただきました。
かわいらしい世界でありながら、甘過ぎないのが素敵！
彼女の奥ゆかしさが、絵にも感じられました。
Saeko Hiraide's Work
It was the first time I saw her work.
It is wonderful that her world is sweet, although it is not sugary.
I think her personality is moderate and I feel it in her pictures.

| 各作品にこのような小さな造形物がついていました。 立体物が好きなせいか、 絵よりも先にこちらへ目がいってしまいました。 Each work has moulded objects like this. I love three-dimensional work so my eyes were caught by them before the pictures. |

| ポストカードを購入。 鎌倉で良い誕生日カードを見つけるのが難しいので、 平出さんの素敵な誕生日カード(写真の上)を喜んで購入しました。 魔女らしいキャラクターが気に入ったのと、 ちょっぴりダークサイドの匂いが するこのカード(写真の下)が好き。 I bought some of her cards. It is difficult to find good birthday cards in Kamakura, so I was pleased that I could buy her lovely birthday cards (top of above photograph). I also bought post-cards (bottom of above photograph) because I like the character who looks like a witch. I sense a hint of the dark-side. |
